Juror has this question wrong. Worrisome. Jodi was already "out". She was all the way in California.

I don't think the juror has the question wrong at all. They all know Jodi was out of the relationship and our of the state. So if Laviolette sees this as the scenario in self defense killings on the part if the abused, it doesn't fit here.

Keep in mind the questions are being asked in the order they were put in the basket.

That does not impress me. The jury should have been convinced of jodis guilt long before this witness testified. But I think they were convinced and will remain so. I am not worried.
