I just screamed at my husband and he accidentally stepped on the cat. THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO STOP!

I'm with you SISTER! This is .... I can't think of the words to say how despicable this woman is. She is stabbing Travis again with every sack of BS she spews out of her lying mouth in that Courtroom. Karma gonna be a B____ ALV:furious:

Travis ALSO talked about his loving Grandfather who would take him aside and tell him what a wonderful person he was....TAKE THAT ALV!!!!!

Q: "In the April, 2008 incident you stated Jodi did not fight back because she did not want to hurt Travis. Are you saying she would rather lay there and die than hurt Travis?"

  • #1,864
He was moved to be with a loving grandmother and WROTE about his childhood and grew and healed. Jodi???

  • #1,865
Let's face it....ALV was hired not to discuss abuse but to FIND it...convince 18 people of it and then get paid.

If there was abuse one doesn't need a 'professional' to help prove it. It proves itself.

She's a sham!!!!

Would be nice if someone would ask her, would you do this free of charge!

Q: you described a vague connection between MR TA and his childhood. Can you decribe this connection for us.

A: (She gets the chance to trash TA and the possibility of him ever having a good relationship as an adult due the fact he had a dificult childhood....she rambles on and on, and on....chronic combat readiness, hyper vigilant, survival mode are all reactions, especially if there is no intervention. (I can help with that - $250 ph, thanks Ka-Ching!)

So what about his grandmother and the life she gave him? He certainly saw something different than the abuse.

OK, that made me furious. She just ......

JA said it was her neck.

actually IIRC, wisk her hair...didn't touch her...she corrected nurmi on that one

First meeting was October 2011, when was the "abuse excuse" hatched?

  • #1,871
OH that sounds like trick question re: not fight back then she did overkill

  • #1,872
"She knew she was going to have to hurt him"

  • #1,873
Q: "Just because a person may appear to be controlling, does that automatically mean they are physically abusive?"

  • #1,874
Travis was hypervigilent? I thought Samuals said that was Jodi.....

  • #1,875
JA face is pathetic and on the big screen I can see her chest heaving.

  • #1,876
Wow! I'm GI JOE! Chronically combat-ready! I swear, I had no idea.

Me too! Childhood abuse--severe. Want to go on a well-deserved killing spree later?

She obviously read the intro to Raising You, the book Travis was going to write. She brings up this combat readiness stuff yet the fact that TRAVIS DID NOT HURT JODI EVEN WHEN FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE is lost on her. So much for that theory..flush!

Her assertion that abused people grow up to abuse is insulting. As someone who suffered physical, emotional and sexual abuse I have grown up to be ultrasensitive about it. My kids are probably not as disciplined as they should be because of my determination to be complete opposite in raising my kids to how I was raised. This assumption that the abused turn into abusers is the exception by far and not the rule. Alyce talks out of her butt!!
