I don't think that I can take this anymore, if this case was being held in Canada the expert witness ALV would have, IMO, been cited for perjury, contempt of court, conspiracy to pervert justice........etc., etc.

It is hard to watch, my feelings for the Alexander family go beyond sympathy, this is disgusting. The jury has demonstrated that they (hopefully in the majority) do not believe this witness or her assessment.

I am a believer that Juan will do his thing tomorrow.

She also would NEVER have been allowed to testify before first having submitted a legitimate report to both sides.

AVL thinks SHE gets to decide who JA manipulated?!!!! She hasn't seen the evidence the jury has. She thinks she gets to tell them who JA manipulated - they will not like this.

ALV I didn't use Jodi to make my deterrminations I used so MANY other pieces of evidence.

:censored:

ALV has no evidence that she has manipulated people

AV seems to assume Jodi's finger was broken. There's no medical documentation this finger was ever broken, right?

ROTFLMAO ... If we get a conviction I want to buy the jury a round or drinks for these great questions. I'd love to send them all on a 14 day cruise for having to dealing with this trial..but of course im not a millionarie

With the magazine question LaViolette had to admit there was yet something else she wasn't privy to.

The jury has got to be wondering how much more there is she doesn't know.

Ohhhhh snap! We have a snarky juror question!

  • #2,493
Hahaha ... making eye contact and smiling at Jodi during breaks and sidebars.

  • #2,494
Why have you looked at miss arias multiple times when there were sidebars, to give her a warm look and smile?

  • #2,495
Oh my gawd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • #2,496
Q: "Why have you looked at Miss Arias multiple times during the cross examination with the prosecutor, during breaks and side bars, to meet eyes with Jodi and give her a small, warm smile?"

Dang!

  • #2,497
WOW WOW WOW - the jury caught her looking at JA.....

  • #2,498
Omg!! The jury called her out for making eyes at JA!

I'm nervous. Are the questions mostly good or bad?

Regardless of the question asked, ALV is taking each one and using it as a chance to repeat and in some cases expand on her earlier testimony.

So whether 'good' or 'bad' it is gruelling listeng to her responses. For TA's family, it must be horrific.

My own POV is that some of them have shown exceptional insight and/or skepticism, especially as the Q and A period progressed.
