HA HA!! Why do you keep looking and smiling at Jodi. They can see she is totally one sided and biased beyond belief. Jury is not buyig a single bit of her crap! TA family must be smiling inside.

See - she's saying she only reviewed what was provided to her.

Here's what I think happened: When ALV was approached by defense, she was first given very limited information, all of it showing Travis in a very bad light, and showing Jodi in a favorable light. They were priming the pump to bias ALV and get her to conclude Travis was abusive so that any further information she was provided would be tainted with her conclusion that Travis was an abuser.

If this was the case, then I think that she actually believes most of what she is saying and really does have a very distorted view of the whole deal. To this day, Alyce still only has very limited information, and she does not have a clue about all the psycho things Jodi has said and done.

All this time, I had assumed that Alyce had read ALL the journal entries ,ALL the text messages, ALL the emails, etc, but that's not the case. Alyce was not privy to all the testimony that came before her, so she came into her testimony without the benefit of a complete picture. It would explain why she says she hasn't seen anything showing that Jodi was jealous or anything to indicate Jodi was manipulative. She literally has not seen that information.

She shoulda joined Websleuths, then she'd know as much as us!
With something of such critical importance you should want to know every detail of the case. They picked this expert precisely because of her man hating bias..

This is a very smart jury. I think there is probably one or more high level professional on that jury. These are great questions.

She sure made a big effort to plan it as a really good lie. She rented a car, borrowed gas cans, bought an additional gas can, turned her license plate upside down, sneaked in during the middle of the night, photographed the event and then deleted them, put the camera in the washing machine ... oh, forgot about the B&E where she stole the gun.

Then, we have the question of how she got him first ... how she caught him off guard.

One group that has been neglected in the mental health community diagnostically and by law enforcement practically is child abusing parents AND sibling abuse. One of the most powerful affect on kids are the sibling relationships and physical, sexual and psychological abuse between siblings are the most damaging abuse as well as the most hidden abuse that are not addressed. It is so so sad.

It should be addressed by all agencies!!!! The damage done is horrific.

Professional opinion and Personal Opinion because I am one of those siblings who were abused during adolescents and adulthood by my younger sibling. My parents would not do anything because he is "charming and able to talk his way out of his horrific rages until it happen to them at the ages of 80's" FINALLY they got it.

Yes Psychotherapist can come from dysfunctional families.
