As a male, I have learned that I have shamelessly abused my wife (for almost 28 years). And, that I should be afraid to take a shower, go to sleep, or turn my back on her. She is perfectly justified in killing me. I was a bit panicked last night when I put away clean dishes and was one knife short... found it in the dishwasher... (She is sitting next to me almost falling out of her chair laughing at me.)

Seriously, if a young man weren't dead at JA's hand, this would be fodder for the late night comics. As it is, one has to laugh on occasion to keep from crying, and pray that justice will be done.

Oh, I think you're right. I just honestly couldn't believe that ALV made a judgment because he didn't use the word "please."

There's supposedly one conversation between TA and JA in which Jodi says he criticized everything about her: her clothes, her job, her general lifestyle, whathaveyou. All of that sounded to me like him simply pointed out that she could really make something of herself, meant in a positive way, not as criticism. An awful lot gets twisted in Jodiworld.

I hadn't heard about this...if it exists, it could also be him expressing the feedback of his friends about her, which is not a particularly nice image of him, but, we all want our friends to like who we're dating. It sounds like he got a lot of negative feedback on her.

No, not just because he liked the pigtails.....he was a pedophile that liked 12 year old girls, and little boys. The spiderman undies....? Your 'character' only becomes present and is relevant when others view you. Otherwise it's your conscious and/or esteem. Basically your 'character' only exists in the eye of another.

What I would add is that she has no character to begin with, so there's really nothing to assassinate. Other than DB and MM has anyone had anything good to say about her? Most anyone, other than those two, say she was a creepy possessive Klingon. Let's not use the word "stalker", but FGS that's what she is. A creepy stalker.

She stalked Travis to his grave. Her so called character is likely going to get her a life long sentence in an Arizona prison, waiting out her death either naturally or sanctioned by the State.

I'm going to be VERY curious to see if JW does in fact repeat every single question the way she has in the past. I mean, how can ALV get herself out of trouble over the "at sidebar why were you smiling at the defendant" question? I can't think of a single thing she could say. Nothing.

I suspect JW will focus on the questions that could be taken as being more pro-defense, but some of them she's really got to leave alone.

Talking Heads are actually saying that there were two Travises.

Travis was a financially stable, promising, young man looking for a wife. He tried out Arias, amongst other women. It turned out that Arias was quick to anal sex and comfortable with it ... so pregnancy is not a concern.

Jodi was satisfied with this for a year, having also been satisfied with this in a prior relationship.

How is the fact that she may have been a "booty call" a problem?

There was no corroborating evidence of physical abuse! Come on, trying to state psychological abuse from emails and text messages is justification for killing your ex is ridiculous. Escalation from TA's IMs, from which you don't even know the origin of the issue, to physical abuse is so far a stretch as to be ridiculous. JMO

My darling oldest son wanted to get his ear pierced in high school, then again in college. I told him after he was out of college it was okay with me (shutter) He finally did, but it is extremely discreet.

BBM I worked in a hospital billing office in the late 90's and my female co-worker (very nice, respectable, intelligent woman) had a married daughter that would go to some sort of "vampire gatherings, parties". She said some people there would have their teeth filed into fangs and the people would dress up as vampires. I had never heard of such a thing at the time. She said her daughter was good, not a druggie but these vampire gatherings were something that her dau. and her husb. enjoyed. Maybe there is no one stereotype for vampire lovers!!

OK, she offered Travis and other guys sex. But WHAT does she have to offer to say Donovan or ALV or other people who stick up for her? She really does not have a charming personality, in fact, it really sucks (outside of the murder itself). She has no money. Are all these people who "like" her just bottom of the barrel people themselves? Is it like flies attracted to sh.t?

I mean obviously Travis caught on and tried to distance himself from it and be nice about it because well, he clearly was not some arse.

I don't get it. Some people just have low standards I guess.
