I believe Juror 11 was sick - DT doesn't have anything to do with it - no conspiracy or cover up.

He could have been ill. But I am skeptical. If he was ill they would have just broken for the weekend. Just like they did the day ALV was "ill".

I don't buy it. Especially since Jodi and Nurmi have been watching the jury like a HAWK.

Hopefully the illness #11 has isn't contagious. Would hate to see more of these seemingly intelligent jurors go. A 2 day weekend break helps though (if it is contagious).

There must be a reason JM doesn't pull out the photos - because he got the PERFECT opening with ALV saying that Jodi's abuse from Travis was WORSE than what Jodi did to him!!!

I mean, if that isn't the perfect setup for those photos, I don't know what is.

So it must be for a reason.

ALV just revealed what her issue is with Juan. She is determined not to do what he "wants", no matter what it is.

Since she is unfamiliar with the courtroom process and procedures, I think she misreads it as "CONTROL" and tries to avoid any perceived effort to make her do something - like in her group. Not going over well in this venue.
