Alyce you were the bottom of the barrel..you saw $ signs..

what was that about retirement?

  • #783
Shazam, I sure would like to know what cases she turned down because she didn't believe the "victim."

  • #784
Should have let her continue with that "no retirement" thing...shows she did this for MONEY!

What strikes me about these questions is that the jury is not even information seeking. They are criticisms worded as questions. The only reason they're questions is because they ask her to answer to the flaws in her reasoning.

Agreed, and that is putting it very politely. ;)

They are mad as hell, methinks. They are SO sarcastic, imo. After viewing the photos of the overkill, they are PO'd at ALV AND the DT, imo. Nobody wants to see a man with 27 stab wounds, mostly to his back, and a bullet in his head be defamed in such a horrible manner without any proof whatsoever of what they are claiming. They are making their point the only way they can right now. Good for them!!! I am sure they need this outlet and glad they have it.

I don't want to get too excited, but WOW these questions.... they seem to be throwing back at her what ALV has been trying to sell them...

fingers crossed this is the case!

Not a great retirement. BOOM.

  • #788
OMG ALV you have been completely biased in this case....just give it up

  • #789
"I don't have a great retirement at 34 years..." I wish that hadn't of been sustained. I think she was about to admit to secondary gain, lol.

  • #790
I wonder what she was going to say about her not so great retirement that JM cut off.

  • #791
Sorry, ALV, no one cares about your retirement. Yeesh.
She is a piece of work.

  • #792
I don't have a great retirement after 34 years...sustained.

Are you kidding? She is trying to get the jury to feel sorry for her?
It is about $$$$$.

  • #793
I hope the pinelas 12 are watching!
I wonder if that trial would have turned out different if they could have asked their own questions.

  • #794
Lol.. A 2 to 3 hour text...

  • #795
The way she doesn't answer specific questions the jury asks, but goes into lecture mode about DV, which shows her confirmation bias. This is how her trained brain works. Not sure what's going on in this specific incident so her brain drifts to how this can be explained in the context of her DV ideas.

JA has 'allegedly' written a "Manifesto" in jail.. BUT NO ONE has seen it as of yet.. as far as I know.. Anyone know if it's been out there yet?

Maybe someone should as Donavan? Or ask JA on her twitter account?:seeya:

  • #797
Oh, if only Gordon Ramsay could handle the questioning at this point... our frustration would be alleviated instantly....

  • #798
"I do not have a great retirement..."

wtf has this to do with the Case....?????

duh...everything. ;)

  • #799
Did she just say "I don't have a great retirement after 34 years"?????

I wish Juan would have let her go on with that one. She sold out is what she is saying with that, moo.

Alyce, what research are you basing your opinion on, regarding how long a person stays angry relating to abusiveness? Life must be a breeze when you can just state your opinions as fact and leave it at that.
