Jodi in full comforting mode - both hands around her throat. She's feeling vulnerable.

wow! great questions! loved the one about "no jury will ever convict me" statement!

Oh... they just asked the question I wanted about defending men.

  • #583
That's why most in DV use intimate partner violence now because abuse does affect a lot of people who aren't necessarily in a domestic situation.

I do absolutely believe their relationship was indeed abusive - at least psychologically, with Jodi being the perpetrator of abuse. There's too much evidence to refute that, in my opinion, unless you're a paid expert for the defense, of course. ;)

There was NO relationship. This was a friends w/ benefit.

If I decide to see my ex-boyfriend every once in a while (assuming Travis even AGREED to these visits) and my ex-boyfriend kept verbally abusing me then I'd be considered foolish. NOT abused.

OH SHUT UP ALV, your EXPERIENCE don't amount to a hill of beans!

Alyce has to be completely unaware of how she sounds. This is unbelievable. It never ends.

  • #586
I can't do yes or no questions!

How well we know this! :floorlaugh:

Oh Tulessa she can when her BFF Wilmott asks a yes or no question :P

  • #587
LOTS of jury questions asking about her representing men. Her bias was certainly not lost on this jury

ALV: Are TA's words ones you would wish your wife or servants to read?

Ooops, sorry, Wrong Trial/WrongCentury

ALL of these questions good for prosecution. Their last hope has just sunk.

FYI Laviolette, DelaRosa and Willmott waltzed in to the Palomar for dinner last night. Of all the restaurants near the court, they go to the one where ALL the media stay and where we go for our Happy Hours after court.

I call that BAITING.

Ha ha! The manifesto!

  • #592
LOL the manifesto !

  • #593
I don't know anybody who would want their son murdered in cold blood either! And why didn't she talk to Travis' 300 other friends who would say he was amazing?

I want to take this jury to dinner and a movie.

  • #596
noticing all answers that would give against defendent, she only says yes or no, no expounding at all.

and now we have a manifesto, she testified about, but has never seen. Wow...

Bobby has some tight-azz eyebrows. Hollah!

If we ever wondered where JA got the ideas for the spidies and the braids , now we know. It was something she'd used with men long before Travis, her idea all along. Can the prosecution present this photo to the jury?

This jury has some great questions don't they! :rocker:

ja is getting a headache...rubbing her neck..

Gee I wonder if we are going to have a phony migraine to escape these amazing jury questions. She better not even think about it and I hope if she does the judge tells her to suck it up and pop a tylenol!

  • #599
Manifesto...She claims she doesn't know. Hasn't seen it.. Sure

But MS. LeViolette wouldn't you want to know what triggered these 'string of words'?????....just asking...

For being such a fan of context, she actually doesn't use it much.
