I honestly don't think that Juan needs to ask any further questions of this witness. Knowing when to quit when you're ahead is one of the hallmarks of a great trial lawyer (Definition: See JM, antonym KN and JW).

Maybe just one simple question - as his very approach towards Ms. ALV would completely would cause an instant demeanor change for the jury to watch. Perhaps going back to the jury question about who was the abuser on June 4th, 2008. :furious:
