"oh crap, they're going to guilt me!"

With her defense crumbling with the passage of each second, Arias decides to unleash her secret weapon: telepathy. She could be heard by viewers on the front row muttering, "You will not convict me, you will not convict me....have a nice day".

JA is now thinking, "I knew I shoulda stuck with the ninja story, so much more believable".

It was my personal favorite! It's what hooked me into this trial! :blushing:

This is the longest 10 minute break I've ever sat through. :banghead:

They are due to quit for the day in 6 minutes, right?

from the looks of my clock....ALV will get to come back on Monday....

  • #2,789
she said she would have QUIT if she didn't believe in this case. so how could she have believed in it this much if she never even SPOKE to other women TA dated, or his friends or family? she didn't know one thing about him except what they gave her, but she's SURE of her assessment of him.

wouldn't common sense alone tell her she wasn't getting the WHOLE story, and was only being given what the DT provided her?

I agree but if she WANTED to be able to testify for Jodi she would gladly accept a limited amount of information. If she really wanted THE TRUTH she would have asked for addition info, interviews, etc.
But if she wanted to be able to say on the stand that she believes Jodi, she would be glad for the limited info.
(however, even with her limited info, I don't see how she can reasonably say even HALF of what she has said on the stand). IMO

Seems like someone is trying to run out the clock.

Yeah so the tax payers of Arizona can pay $300/hour to use up the time today, return next week aaaaand foot the bill for a hotel stay over the weekend.

what a freaking waste of time....the jury will come back in sit down and be recessed for the day..............

  • #2,792
For the first time, I'm ok withe Jenny running out the clock. Nothing she has done or said has changed these jurors minds.

JA deserves nothing less than death. I support the death penalty in cases such as this.

I agree! Jodie chose to give Travis the death penalty on June 4th she chose to sentence him to death. In a very cruel and heinous way.
She deserves to be held accountable for her actions on that day. Her over kill was done in rage, a very cruel manner of death. You can't compare a needle Lethal injection! To the brutality of being shot, stabbed 29 times! Near decapitating him while he was wet naked and defenseless and call it self defense.
.JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS AND HIS FAMILY.

OK she lied .. I watched Juan's rebuttal on the testifying for 2 men, and now watching her say it. That's deliberately misleading the jury .. she's not just biased then, she's also lying. Unreal. At least the jury has seen through her, and they have in spades. The only thing stopping Jodi from going in crazy in court is her inability to tell when she is toast or to just humans reactions to things properly.

I agree. You can see it written all over her when she answers the original question. Juan saw it too. :great:

Oh Crap.....Who am I gonna leave MY BREAST IMPLANTS Too.....LOL

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Hey that's actually a GOOD QUESTION:

Don't you have to kinda have "upkeep" on those things? I thought every 10 yrs or so you have to have them updated? Reflated?

Will AZ taxpayers have to pay for that too?

Just curious IDK... (God given/cornfed) :blushing:

maybe willmott and alyce are trying to find the name of the MAN that she testified for in court all those years ago

  • #2,799
hope they do not call it for the day (all in chambers)

I am preparing for Ladies and gentlemen we are going to take the evening recess. Or ladies and gentleman the defendant is ill, or ladies and gentlemen the witness is ill and cannot continue.......I think we are done, since 3:30 eastern was the drop dead time today,
.:banghead:

She will NOT get death...all it takes is one juror to not agree and lesser degree of sentence.
Just am thinking I doubt it if all would really want her dead? Nope I think not..convicted yes in jail yes death no way...

I respectfully disagree.

This trial surprised me because prior to now, I did not support the death penalty. I absolutely believe this woman deserves the DP and have heard of many other converts based on this trial.

The jury was DP qualified, meaning that they agreed beforehand that they could hand down the DP if required.
