Bet it rubs Nurmi that ALV is getting paid more than him when she's on the stand. lol

That JC just said he didn't look ill, so now I don't know. Sisters upset, doesn't look good, that jury specialist for DT in their yesterday.
Wonder if the Judge told the jury to expect the trial to go way further into May or June even? That would make me "sick".

The Juror probably actually is sick. Today is DAY 101and NO juror has called in sick once. That alone deserves a Thank You:clap: I have to think the 16 people that remain are just like us, seeking justice for Travis. Let's pray they get the case before anymore of them are lost.

umm, maybe he got a cancer diagnosis? Or has an aggravating back injury? Or any one of a hundred thinngs that may not pass your muster.

I think the assumption that the judge and juror are lying is a little offensive

I didn't see her story . . .from time I started with her - story was consistent with ALV but not sure of her testimony

that was not her story . . . I made notes from what others said . . . I wrote those down to. . . but no confirmation that it was from JA words . .. I misspoke . . I took information from 2 different sources.
