trial day 47: the defense continues its case in chief #142

My DH is on a business trip all week. I spent the weekend cleaning the house & cooking ahead of time. He will have no idea how much time I can spend watching this trial & sleuthing about the web.

I did exactly the same thing - then cancelled a few things that I had planned that interfere with court time - this is a sickness which I have sworn in past trials would not happen again....

The judge did mention to ALV, "You'll have made preparations" by Tuesday. That comment made me wonder if she might spend a night in jail, but the judge was probably just referring to ALV's scheduling/appts or such. Will be interesting to see what transpires.

I couldn't help but giggle when Judge Sherry said at the end "I don't [care] about your personal problems".

Actually I was a little shocked though she certainly didn't say it with disdain, more like a response to a whiny teenager!
