this is exactly why it shouldn't be admitted. nobody can really tell a dang thing from that enhancement.

Even if the image is JA, and I tend to believe it is. There is no way Nrumi or his expert can say that the item held in her hands is a camera. If the figure is human, it appears to me that what the expert is calling hair is actually an arm up and hand holding something around eye level and the other arm hand in a different position (perhaps a hand holding a gun or knife.

Now Nurmi wants to move onto witness intimidation.
