Actually, listening to this recording I actually get what the observers inside the courtroom have been consistently saying. He does sound MUCH LESS aggressive in this recording than what we are seeing and hearing while watching from home.

When I listen at home Juan's voice always sounds louder than others. I suspect it is the placement of the microphones.
