That JA took the picture from a few feet away just like she said she did and that it doesn't appear she's holding a knife or gun. There's some guy on Youtube posting proof there's somebody standing beside her. That's not this guy, this guy sees a figure doing what JA said she did. :floorlaugh:

I see desperation but that's just me. JM saw a german shepherd.

There is also over a minute, that's forever in that situation, between the face shot and the sitting in the shower shot. I do believe she had ample time to take a weapon out of her pocket or out of her hiding place.

So IMO it's a non-issue, just like 90% of the defense's case

Just got home and saw this. My son's class flew to Boston this weekend with one of the events to watch the marathon. If you pray, please pray these kids are safe as well as everyone else. Sorry for the O/T

Yes live coverage reports several bodies blown apart, several dead. etc
(as they said appears to be from a window.. or something, could be gas line or anything at this point, not necessarily a bomb)

The prosecutor had legitimate basis for questions of LaViolette in sealed hearing. No basis he acted outside boundaries at all. Per Judge.

No info on tweeting, invites Nurmi to argue. Simply a deflection, blah blah blah. Requesting evidence and legal argument on prosecutor's behalf.

I really appreciate getting the info, especially since my internet went down. It's hard to wade through pages and pages of exclamations to find what's happened in court.
