I concur, to let her continue tweeting. However one tweet that I think it is extremely valuable in the future is the one where she references her artwork. She is claiming it as her own which means it's an asset and any money That she gets from selling that asset should go to either paying legal fees or maybe Travis's family will file a civil suit and the money will go to them. Somebody definitely needs to keep those tweets I can't do it on my phone. Can someone screen capture? The ones on JM and NG were deleted over the weekend.

Can they be viewed and captured by looking at the cache? I know less about tweeting than Alyce does.

There is also over a minute, that's forever in that situation, between the face shot and the sitting in the shower shot. I do believe she had ample time to take a weapon out of her pocket or out of her hiding place.

So IMO it's a non-issue, just like 90% of the defense's case

I hope she lets it in on the RGB screen so the jury can get a giggle. JA did what she said she did on a single subject before the fog rolled in. It's not like she could say she took the picture from across the street or while standing in the closet anyway. It's so pathetic, it's tragic which is why I hope it gets in. Nothing to appeal, nothing to whine about.

She had a choice to show up today or tomorrow. Perhaps she chose today. And her testimony has to be before the jury according to the judge last Friday, so perhaps that is what will happen at 1.30, after the meeting.

I think these 2 days show that there was something being watched for re: ALV's testimony

If you look at the last couple of minutes, from around the 13:50 min. mark, and then go the very beginning of the next day, ALV goes right back to refusing to admit to a Quote, really hard to believe that the Def hadn't told her to stop being so obstinate <sp?>

Regardless of her finally getting a Yes dragged out of her, minutes later she goes right back, and its the one where she just refuses to admit that the word Stalker is written in her paper

The reason why I see a lot of importance in this echange between ALV and JM, that went overnight and began first thing the next day, is because JM rarely has asked to Approach, and it was for something it looks like he had previously alerted to watch for, knowing that ALV would continue to refuse, no matter it its only to admit that Quoted words exist

If honestly Nurmi thought he was going to get anywhere with either of these 2 motions, I highly recommend anyone thinking of hiring him rethink it.

I'm not worried. I think all the attorneys are familiar with the "games" that must be played in an adversarial trial. I also think that after this is over, they may slap each other on the back and go have a drink together.
