Hey Folks.. would someone let me know if they find a FEED that will carry the trial..


Right now mine is live feed of CBS Boston I *think* I have CNN live feed up but idk???

I use WildAboutTrial.com great, plus they tweet and you can see it on the same page as the feed, so we know right now that everyone is waiting to be let into the courtroom.

I don't know WTF is wrong with people today. It makes you wonder what the hell makes a person stab a man almost 30 times, slit his throat from hear to ear, and shoot him all because he no longer wants to be with you and is moving on. Or what makes a person place bombs at a city Marathon to kill possibly hundreds of innocent marathoners.

I believe so. There was a defense witness added not long ago, and expert witness I think but I can't remember what their expertise is. So that will take another week or two at the rate they go.

Anxiously awaiting the rebuttal!!!!

I think the Eye Guy was that witness...? We can only hope the DT is done with their smoke and mirror, dog and pony show, so we can get this case moving again. NO MORE 10 or 12 or 18 days of ONE witness. God Speed!

In line with Jodi's sick mind, yes. In line with her reflexes...I highly doubt it. IMO, she'd have to be moving fast - and I mean f.a.s.t to get a picture at the moment she pulled the trigger.

I didn't say she pulled the trigger and the shutter button at the same time. If someone pointed a gun at you, what would be the look on your face? She may have dropped the camera right after that photo and had a few seconds of convo with TA.

Nurmi asked for a mistrial. He said JM intimidated his witnesses. The Judge denied the motion for mistrial and said JM was justified in his behaviour towards ALV during the in chambers meeting (something to that effect).

OT but I just want to send a shout out to the mods and all of you wonderful peeps for this site. My family tolerates my obsession with the trial, but it is awesome to have this sleuthing "family" to vent, share and speculate with. I could see us all holding a massive PJ party and talking thru the night...(enhanced by massive quantities of wine/margaritas/tea).

I am kinda looking forward to this ending sometime soon so I can get back to my real life. I can't remember the last time I vacuumed or had a manicure.

I wish my family was as tolerant...they are as fed up with me as I am with Jodi and her defense counsel. If I want to keep my family, I need this thing to be over, STAT. With a conviction and death sentence, of course.

Brilliant .. I hope he really let her have it, clearly she deserved it. ALV has acted appalling at this trial, it's been childish and embarrassing. She should be ashamed of herself.

... and Nurmi's next step will be a Motion to Dismiss the Judge on the grounds that she is prosecution biased. Wonder when he will file that?
