It's sad that every time I refresh JA's twitter her followers have increased.

Its all over twitter world that a lot! are just following her to harass her.....why they 'need' to follow is , to me, unclear though...:twocents:

The witness list hearing could be about the rebuttal witness lineup.

It likely has to do with the eye guy. She still has to rule on whether or not his testimony should be allowed in.

I'm not so convinced that Travis even KNEW she was photographing him let alone, in his house when these pictures were being snapped. That said, this close up of Travis' beautiful face is no doubt BEHIND the glass shower door given the spray of water drops.

Why would someone purposefully takes "Calvin Klein" photos from behind the shower door? It would only impede the subject (Travis) and create an unnecessary barrier.

I believe this ominous photo was taken the moment when Travis realized she was there. All the other photos are off center, too dark, too blurry etc especially coming from someone (Jodi) who was no stranger to a camera.

I'm not sure what Nurmi was hoping to accomplish with this witness besides wasting MORE time and money.

Also....these photos clearly prove that Jodi was not on her knees as testified. In fact, there was at least one photo (maybe two) where the camera was positioned above Travis, looking downward into the shower stall. I don't think The State wanted to waste too much time on these shower photos because it would only lead to speculation (which they are staying far away from) and honing in on the more incriminating elements to this PREMEDITATED murder case.

Martinez: It’s a simple “yes” or “no” question.

Martinez: Well, when you look up at the sky, it appears as if it is blue, correct?

LaViolette: ::slow smile:: Well, I guess if you want me to say that the sky is blue, the sky is blue, Mr. Martinez.

Martinez: I want to know what you think about the sky’s hue.

LaViolette: ::exasperated:: I don’t really know how you want me to answer this question, Mr. Martinez. I like to look at the big picture. Why is the sky blue? What causes it to appear blue to the naked eye? Is it really blue, because it looks almost black when the sun goes down, doesn’t it? Sometimes there are stars in the sky when it’s dark, but are they always there? What about on cloudy nights? Why can’t we see them when the sun is up? Then there is that whole thing about the reflection of light and the prism of colors and how the molecules break down and all of that hooha. I mean, I am not an expert on astronomy, Mr. Martinez, and there are many other factors that I would need to take into consideration before I can give you an answer.

As of Friday when they were dismissed, they were told to keep their cell phones at the ready this morning as they may start at 10, otherwise report at 1 or 1:30. Either way, they should be there and in the holding room for jurors until court resumes.
