No kidding! Why didn't she just have these hearings next Monday when the jurors won't be there? I don't get it! :banghead: Instead tell them to come in today at 1:30 to sit around and twiddle their thumbs!

My guess is all this had to be dealt with before Juan could begin his rebuttal. I think it will start this week. Maybe even tomorrow, depending on this pic guy.

Too cool. It's great to hear some good news today. I have nieces who were cheerleaders; it took a lot of dedication and physical skill, and it was very rewarding for them. Congrats to your DD!

i'm assuming they're there. i'd like to think they were notified to stay home but probably not. if they ARE there, i guess she'll call them in at quitting time and say 'thank you for your patience. please be back at 9:30 am tomorrow.'

Good Lord. I had to work on Patriot's Day and couldn't go to the Marathon.

For all the Massachusetts WSers who attended today and if you were one of many who lined the routes in Boston around Back Bay, please be ok. I hope you and yours are the lucky ones who escaped unscathed.

Regarding this trial, I've just caught up.

I was crying with Tanisha and Samantha. Just when I honestly didn't think the DT could sink any lower, they found a cellar door.

The judge should require the defense to apologize to the jurors for taking time from their lives! Yeah, I know she won't but she should. You know, if all things were fair. But if life was fair, TA would be here now and we would have never heard the name of JA.

So whatever ALV did it was a biggie. This is a long hearing.

Perhaps she wasn't in the mood to give Yes of No answers....

Can you imagine how the jury feels about all these delays and in chamber issues? Can you imagine for 6 months not being able to watch or read the news? This trial has cost the taxpayers enough money and it continues to bleed money.

The longer this trial drags on the more Travis's name and death is being drug through the mud. This trial is a travesty.

IMO

The only reason the DT would bring up the photo issue is because their client is trying to give a new defense that she was not alone. No way the DT would be submitting this without the direction of their client. This would be the fourth scenario
