Hope the jury didn't miss this lovely shot of the miraculous healing of her bent/crooked/cut/broken/abused or otherwise jacked up finger.

I'd love to agree with you but its the glare, you can actually see the crookedness in that picture. But I KNOW there has got to be a picture somewhere of her and that damn crooked finger prior to Jan 2008. After all she lived her life in photos. And I still say the crooked finger can be seen in that Wedding tape NG showed 2 weeks ago. The whole point is, find her to be lying about the crooked finger then ALL her bs of violence at the hands of Travis goes up in smoke.:banghead:

My take on the image in his eye - big whoop. For all we know, she took the picture with a flash to temporarily blind Travis while she pulled out the knife or gun from her pocket (depending on your theory) to start attacking him.

I'm with JM on the dog, though. I definitely saw a ***** - female dog in case the word I originally typed gets overwritten.

also for those just joining us: while most of what was done today was under seal or was otherwise challenging the eye guy or arguing mistrial.. TODAY WAS A PIVOTAL DAY. The last straw has been munched off and it is a nub.


We may not get to see it all (re: sealed hearings) but this judge is on it and she is doing a great job. They are working. While the jury may be inconvenienced with all of these sealed hearings they are still a part of the trial and the process if you will.

Also: the defense has not rested so we do not know what will be in store for tomorrow.

What makes me think MM is gonna make an appearance in some way shape or form?
He was refered to way too many times.
Those forged letters were referred to by both Sam & ALV in their evaluations.
The DT is past desperate and unlike JM will indeed "stoop so low" as to throw anybody under the bus...including MM.
(Remember.. If he testifies about the letters, JM said he would bring him up on perjury charges)

IMO this stipulation fits perfectly with the states theory of the crime. It changes nothing.



If you listen to Juan's opening... He says after she lures him into a vulnerable position under the guise of picture taking.... She then pulls out the knife and plunges it into Travis.



No one ....but people here ...said he was held or forced at gun point or knife point while pics were taken,

How weird for the DT to even bring that up. Did they really believe the jury was going to take those photos back and see people in TA's eyes? In order to even imagine something like that (and the imagination really needs to run wild to get there, imo), the jury would have to zoom in with a computer.

"HLN using the boston incident as an excuse" This is a excerpt from a pro JA site member post stating that because the picture of the reflection in the eye of Travis was beneficial to JA that HLN used the 'boston incident' as an excuse to curtail the showing of the state vs. JA trial.

I was livid...I can laugh at their 'JA is innocent crap', how offended they state they are by the bullying of their witnesses (while they themselves are guilty of cyber-bullying), how they cry out that JS is biased, etc.

This is evidence of how incredibly ignorant these (JA is innocent) people and how screwed up their thinking has become.

Yes, the original photo of Travis in the shower is in evidence, but not the blown-up one where this guy sees 3 people. So the jury is left looking at the original photo along with the stipulation that Jodi isn't holding a weapon. My point was that I'd be thinking "Jodi isn't in the picture......" It just adds confusion but like I said, with all the other evidence they have.....meh.
