How is it admitted? It will be sent to the jurors with a little note as evidence saying that there was not a gun or knife in the picture. Big dam deal. KCL says we start Juan's rebut tomorrow.....Woo Hoo !!! We don't know the line up yet.

Well because the image viewed today is actually an expanded image of a photo already in evidence, that image is already in evidence.

The questions were the best questions ever.

Jodi taking the stand (huge mistake), premeditation, and 3 alternate realities with countless sub alternate realities. Her stories don't make sense.

Juan is right- the DT is way too far in left field.

Jodi will be sentenced to death on June 4th, 2013. :furious:

Justice will be served and Travis can finally rest in peace.

Hint: we never were and never will be privy to what any jury is thinking in cases until a case is over and they talk (if they talk). And: this jury is not that other jury. Different people altogether. Every jury is different.

It was decided not to give the jury the ridiculous eye enlargement since attorneys from both sides stipulated that Jodi was not holding a gun or knife in her hand when that exhibit photo was taken. I am sure the jury will puzzle about why that would be stipulated since Jodi is not even in the photo, but ultimately they. Will not linger on that silly hiccup.

The only clever thing Jodi did was dying her hair back to it's natural shade. I don't think that in terms of directly the crimes she committed, but in terms of being arrested without the possibility of meeting a bond. On the other hand, I kind of wish we had seen her with DARK roots growing out.

About the "mexican chihuahua":

I think JM chose this dog because, perhaps, someone on the defense may have used this term in one of the closed sessions to describe him (I'm not saying he is a m.c., only that someone else may have said it). Who would think of a mexican chihuahua when trying to come up with a dog breed?

In other words, I think there was a reason why JM chose that particular dog. And he was throwing the term back in the defense's face...

I know what you mean. I know Juan is a big boy and can totally handle it, but there was a point today when he was speaking and he just seemed so exasperated. He's just trying to do his job and bring this sweet family justice and he's getting hammered from all corners. I wonder if he was been this attacked before.

The only thing about the attacks that bother Juan, they are a waste of the court's and jury's time.
