The defense has no grounds to say that Juan harassed anyone. He is not even warm and fuzzy with his own witnesses. He is a great man doing his passion work.
gotcha Jodi, the credible expert called you a liar.
And Wilmott is objecting to THAT? That's the most factual thing in the whole trial, that Jodi lies about everything. there's your "foundation" honey, now go sit with your evil BFF, and please ST*U
Bwahahahahahahaaaa! OMG! roflmao....Ah ha ha ha ha....you can't delete that response from the juror's memories, no matter how hard you try. Had JW simply stood and objected instead of being so animated it probably could have just been played down. Instead JW makes it obvious that the comment was horrible for the defense.
Ah ha ha ha...."there is more to questioning a witness than knowing what to say, it's knowing what not to say"! Can anyone guess what movie that comes from?
Personally, what I have noticed is JM's method of questioning a witness doesn't vary much whether it's his witness or the DT witness. I think his rough around the edges questioning is just his style and it is only when the witnesses are evasive and not-forthcoming (aka can't answer a simple question whatsoever) that he becomes aggressive (i.e. JA, ALV, etc...).
Judge he keeps making my client ( you know the one over there drawing away who really doesn't care about this witness because she clearly doesn't like her ) look like a liar AGAIN.
Can you make him stop proving her lies and bringing the truth out.
