Subjectification. . . taking objective and making it subjective . . ..would you believe valid?
it is unreliable - no objective data relied upon - report would be completely subjective .. .

exhibit #456 = talked about already . .. . approach to change o make subjective first sentence . .valid opinion - change words in jurnals . . .

it would make it subjective an unreliable
any course ever take to become psychologist this is an appropriate approach>
no

you administered one TSI . . .and other tests
Wide Range Achievement test = WRAT = self report measures like TSI an MMPI reading thresh hold required . . . give her threshold . . .read @ certain level - tells you she couldread and take the other tests.

very brief reding test . .. read outloud

WAIS - intelligence .Wexler Adult Intelligence = test of overall intelligence = IQ test . .
divided into parts . . . 4 domains . . . . comprise the score
verbal comprehension - person formulate words an word k now
non verbal intelligence - put together puzzle
short term memory .. . she performed well on it - no memory affected
processing speed - how fast she thinks

relatively high -above average range . . . reference records.

JW objects - overruled
exhibit #621 - review it . . .give it back

overall IQ 119

very superior range - scored 136 verbal comprehension . . .very superior . highest possible you can get = very high in descriptor domains

MMPI - Minnsota Multiphasic Personality Inventory - general psychopathology and personality disorders . . . (how relate to people - how we carry ourselves with people . .
average typical normal population that it is normed on.

is there such a things being a jerk?
not using that verbage

objection - approach

MMPI test for personality. Compared to general population.

Personality? Does that show in test, doesn't appear to be, imho.

Calling my parents RIGHT NOW to find out my IQ...

  • #1,744
Average IQ range is 90 - 110. 118 is a little above average.

Einstein remains safe....they will not be grouped together.

Sure, as long as it's Jake Einstein.

  • #1,745
Ha ha .. "jerk"

  • #1,746
Very high 136 in first domain of IQ test
Was then given, MMPI personality test. How she relates to people and the world

  • #1,747
JW is going to fight this testimony tooth and nail.

  • #1,748
fyi...119 IQ is not genius level, it's not even Mensa.

  • #1,749
119?? LOL I thought she was above above avg like Einstein.. like 145.. 119 won't get ya into Mensa.. Mine 138 won't get me into Mensa either LOL!

JMO but had to comment after all the grandious bragging about her achievements

btw with 138 I still can't spell worth a darn LOL

119 is nowhere near gifted much less profoundly gifted as it is believed Einstein was! Ever so slightly above the normal range of 60 to 100.

  • #1,751
Yes, Doctor, how would you say Jodi scores on the "Jerk" scale?

bet this will be subject of a future desperate defense motion.

  • #1,752
Argh I cant wait for these mmpi results.

Go juan.

Dr demarte is amazing, , everything an expert witness should be.

Well, that is nothing to brag about- 119.

Right up there with Einstein? Yeah, right! lol :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

  • #1,754
Yes ...
Dr DeMarte says they administered the MMPI.

MMPI is the test that Samuels et al felt not necessary ... But MMPI really is considered a far superior (gold standard) of psychological testing.

I love this witness!

Why is Jodi copying that book word for word? She is totally acting like nothing is going on. Totally weird!

  • #1,756
I'm not sure who JM is "referencing" (is that a CA word?) as a jerk.

  • #1,757
Schuby you so nailed Jodi's behavior today.

Looks at book. Count three. Write. Count three. Look at book, lean in studiously. Count four. Write. Count 2.

  • #1,758
Hmmm. Objectively, how high would I rate on the "Jerk' scale.

  • #1,759
  • #1,760
119 overall score? Meh, a bit higher than average. But since she scored a 136 on one section, she must've scored badly on another section(s).
