rose222, maybe you could answer a question I have given what you have posted above. Would Juan's mention of the MMPI during Dr. Samuels testimony count as an issue already raised--i.e., his addressing of the MMPI today with Dr. DM is not a new issue for "surrebuttal" lease:lease:lease:

I just cut and paste that information from a website. I don't think that the MMPI thing is new evidence. I would love for a lawyer to confirm this though.

It seemed she is just about to testify that she has found Jodi to be a Sociopath, a brilliant mind with no conscience to guide it. She clearly did not find any PTSD, whatsoever, only manipulation and lies and false allegations....the things all murderers do to try to avoid being found guilty.

Sorry if this has already been mentioned but I am pages behind watching on HLN but all this internal rage I think Jodi is having will probably lead to one of her migraines.

I hope the DT explain to her that playing sick for another day is going to make the jury very angry. THEY have to show up for a long day of waiting, like yesterday. JA killed Travis--she should be forced to stay for the finish of court.

I get migraines. You can sit at a table just as easily as sit in your jail cell--jail is loud, bright lights, etc. She also has access to medicine. So suck it up, Jodi.

Yes, the DT is going to try to "JUAN" this witness. But it will not work. I am still shocked that the Judge told her to listen to the question and answer only the question, really? After the last 2 witnesses we had are you kidding Judge? She did answer the question AND Jodi did lie when she said her PTSD was caused by a stranger.:furious::furious::furious::furious:

the state gets to rebutt (refute if you will) the defense case with their own testimony.

The jury would appreciate this witness and the efficient & quick pace no matter what, but I bet it feels all the better to them after what they've been subjected to for weeks and weeks now.

At least we all can vent here and elsewhere--they've just had to suck it up in silence.
