Don't let jd's comment about her score in the verbal index is the highest you can get confuse you. What she meant by that is that 136 falls in the category of very superior which is anything 130 or higher, and is the highest category. The categories are as follows:

130 and above - very superior
120 to 129 - superior
110 to 119 - high average
90 to 109 - average
80 to 89 - low average
70 to 79 - borderline
69 and below- extremely low*

so while 136 is strong, it is by far the highest score you can receive. I believe the highest would be 160.

I would totally love to see the complete scores of ja's wais results. I love analyzing iq results and what it tells you about the person. I'm weird like that.:rocker:

Honestly, I think that JA is not paying attention to the testimony, and trying to block it out, because that's the only way she can control herself. I think Dr. DeMarte is absolutely right about JA's seething anger issues and I can see that boiling over real fast if JA actually paid attention to her, by looking at her, and the testimony. I can see that stun belt getting a real work out. lol

Um I think she is listening to every word and her brain is taking in all that is going on around her and agree about the seething anger......because after all it is all about her and she loves when it is all about her.

She just doesn't like that this isn't so good for her so she is drawing hangmans on the paper. Now wouldn't that be an interesting 'test' for the witness to comment on?:floorlaugh:

Good point! I'm sure it kills her to have an attractive lady in court. Especially when the attractive lady is dragging her through the mud. I'm glad the focus is back where it should be, on Jodi NOT Travis!

Just remember that these TH morons are told by their producers which "opinion" they are to take & then they just act it out. They don't think for themselves, they are just props in a scene.

The guilty verdict & DP sentencing will be Juan's grade. You can't "grade" someone in the middle of trial--the grade is the result.

Given that Nurmi's private practice centers around defending those accused of a plethora of sex offenses, he had to know that introducing pedophelia into the mix was a huge risk given the COMPLETE lack of evidence to support it. Acting out a school girl fantasy, brazilian waxes and asking your GF to wear braids does not a pedophile make. IIRC, it came out in testimony (initially during Juan's cross of Jodi), that JA told ALV that Travis had child /pics on his computer. Nothing of the sort was found so she scaled back the lie to the one about masturbating to a (printed) picture of a young boy.

Unfortunately the Attorney has to take their clients as they are...in this case he got a Bad Seed and hes trying to defend the undef-enable.

sealed even! I'll go with the assumption she got slapped for approaching the family then, as the main boo boo. The list of her infractions are long, in my view. Her retorts and non-responses should have prompted contempt sanctions. JMO.

I wonder now if it could be the "jerk" comment that some say she made under her breathe about Juan to the jury, and was called out about it in chambers...that would also be the reason JW objected when Juan used that word with this Dr.
