I don't believe she thinks that. I really don't. I don't think she thinks past the moment she is presently in. I think in her mind she is thinking...."that piece of @#$% what a #$%^ she is. she deserves to die!"

I think she is so self absorbed and above everyone else she doesn't even think about the fact she could and probably will get the death penalty.

Plus she has her little fan club and the DT that feeds her ego and strokes her confidence.

I wonder now if it could be the "jerk" comment that some say she made under her breathe about Juan to the jury, and was called out about it in chambers...that would also be the reason JW objected when Juan used that word with this Dr.

Possibly. He even started saying "if the prosecutor was a jerk" then just changed it to someone in general

I think the judge has to agree. But that would also hinge upon bringing Alyce back, and I am not sure they should do that. JMO

A few thoughts....

DD =very classy, educated, professional and objective.
JA=writing her obituary, eulogy and epitaph.
JM= no words needed or able to describe

As for JA's IQ....ummm....she's sitting at a defense table, being called the defendant in a murder trial. How smart are ya now, JA?

Nasally? I don't care if DD speaks out of flapping knee caps....the woman is exactly what an expert witness should be.

Post Script. Thank heavens Nurmi gave up yesterday's tie. I just couldn't get past the ruffles...they make ridges, ya know....
