Yes, higher level, cleaning up, disposing of evidence and so on. No wonder they are objecting. I am learning a lot from this witness. Great Teacher.

I could definitely listen to this lady all day. Very interesting and down to earth.

Nurmi seems to be really interested. It seems as if he is actually appreciating the truth, even though it's not good for his client.

I was thinking the same thing. . .Dr. D is really very interesting to listen to, so I'm not surprised that even the defense could appreciate her.

Well just came back in. It sounds like now she's tearing down Jodi's attack story.

Is it just me, or have we gone quite some time with no objection from JW since the last "approach"?

She's star struck. In awe.

When I grow up, I want to be Dr. Demarte! She is simply amazing. Nothing prettier than an educated, well-spoken, woman!

I hope on cross JW asks her how much she was paid! Whatever it was, I think she deserves more!

In my mind I see the jury give Dr. DeMarte a standing ovation at the end of the day!!

An adjustment disorder occurs when an individual is unable to adjust to or cope with a particular stressor, like a major life event

Is anyone else glancing at the clock every few minutes to see how much more we get to hear before 4:30?

Disclaimer: During this testimony and when referring to JA, I am NOT, nor would I ever, think or feel the same as any WS member. Just because JA is being diagnosed with some things in this trial, that many of us may suffer, doesn't mean anyone here is talking about anyone other than JA and this trial. JA is in a league of her own. Please, please don't take anything said here @ WS about JA, personal.

I totally agree! Thanks for putting that so eloquently (sp?) However, I feel MOST of WSer's wouldn't take things personally in that way. MOO and all that! :rocker:

Dr. Cheryl Karp. She was hired by the defense team along with Dr. Samuels. She got sick and had to leave the case.

the case most likely made her sick.

Thanks. Did Dr Samuels take over from her or was he in addition to her?

I wonder if Wilmott is going to try to "pull a Juan" and "bully" the states witness???

Has Alyce made an appearance today?

Pretty colour Katy!

On the previous objection that was sustained, JM barely blinked and just kept on going. He's a true master of his craft.

She's a breath of fresh air in this trial and decidedly the most interesting witness to date.

JA yawning.
Guess Dr. DeMarte is boring her with the truth.
