DeMarte has impressive credentials in the field of domestic violence evaluation and therapy. She worked in the DV lab at univ., researching impact of domestic violence on individuals. All her clinical studies included DV, as well as her therapeutic work. Worked in a prison conducting group therapy, including domestic violence assault.
At Arizona St Hospital, she worked evaluating and providing therapy, many of the patients being DV survivors. Next worked as clinical director at another place helping children and women who were exposed to DV. Still to this day, in her private practice, works with DV survivors. A minimum of at least half her clients.
"My opinion is that there doesn't appear to have been significant abuse in the relationship." Says JA's accounts of DV have changed dramatically over time. Inconsistency in reporting gives appearance she wasn't being truthful.

JM done. Abuse, amnesia, PTSD, battered women's syndrome and more...all thoroughly debunked.
