And then there was this potential 'gotcha' by JW:

So Jodi's IQ is 119 ...slightly above average but no Einstein.

Trust me, that IQ (119) is very much higher than "slightly above average". JA is downright bright.

100 is average and any little bit above that is significant.
Don't be fooled by scores done on lame computer tests that also try to sucker you into buying things. Those IQ scores are bogus. There are standardized and highly recognized IQ tests that must be proctored.

I believe MENSA requires an IQ of 130 but you're correct, she is no Einstein who reportedly had an IQ of 180. Nickolai Tesla had an IQ of 230.

But believe me, JA is bright at 119.

Disappointed at the immediate snarky demeanor by dr jd. She needs to develop some maturity herself. There's something to be said for grace and civility. She may be a high achieving star, but nobody likes someone who acts like a diva, ala the defendant.

I hope she is smoother around the edges mañana. She has great info; someone needs to give her some demeanor feedback so as to hold the jury.

So I had to check out your stepmother's paintings and was surprised to see that Hopeful One's profile pic seems to be one of your stepmoms. What beautiful soulful little faces are in her artwork.

As for Jodi the copycat, well that's Jodi for you. There is no soul or spark of humanity in her for her to express anything original or to express creatively. All she can do is observe jealously and then copy whoever she is jealous of. Kinda creepy but that's Jodi.

It kinda explains why she liked photography. It kinda went along with her lifelong habits of stalking people, photographing them, studying them and then trying to be like them.

It is interesting that she scored so high [ 139] in the verbal portion. I think it makes her overestimate her own intelligence. She is obviously lacking in some skills to come out so much lower in her overall final score. She must suck at math.

Because what she's saying is TRUE. It just shines through.

Plus, she had hard data to back up her opinion. Unlike the others she actually tested JA and ran the results through a computer instead of hand scoring them. And she had JA fill them out herself. In black and white. Not like the other two who talked to her, read texts and journals and based their opinions on that. It would be like going to a doctor with a lump on your breast and the doctor looking at it and saying it isn't cancer based on their knowledge and experience. I would rather have a doctor perform the necessary tests then just give an opinion.
