JW will be crossing for the rest of the week. Pennies in the kettle. This cross-examination is ridiculous, irrelevant and a total time waste.

When Jennifer is tripping over herself and repeating herself....she still smiles. It's creepy becuase I really can never tell what she is feeling. Even her people look frazzled when she is screwing up but not her. :twocents: :moo:

I wonder if she's immature--like Jodi smiling in the mug shot? Same thing?

OMG!--My cats do the same thing? They are just too smart!

Sorry for having to ask this, but inquiring minds want to know:
Can thanking a poster for a DT-bashing post be grounds for a time out?

hahaha... no!

but I will take a moment to remind everyone not remember not to name call or use name variations. Opinions are always welcome however about them.

Well, it is sort of expected...

Diamonds, Daisies, Snowflakes,
That Girl
Chestnuts, Rainbows, Springtime...
Is That Girl
She's tinsel on a tree...
She's everything that every girl should be!

really? yeah.. something is off in Arias' world today that is for sure

DT is going for the mid to late trial "let's get JA evaluated - something is not right - and she can't assist in her own defense" evaluation because things are not looking so good for the defendant.

Hi to you all!
First time poster in this thread, long time reader of your wonderful posts and please excuse me as English isn't my first language at all...I'm a portuguese woman reading from my own country so far away.
I've already tried to post but my skills aren't good enough as I see...
I'm a spinner and a knitter(retired now as I was a bank teller in my professional days) and I've been following this trial from the first day, I think...

When I listen to these DA speaking I loose control of my spinning wheel or knitting needles and my yarn takes a life of it's own.
How I whished to give a big hug and lots of kisses to Travis sibblings if I could!
I'm old enough to have been their mother as my only son is now 34 years old...
Sorry for these ramblings but I just felt the need to post this.
God bless you all websleuthers and keep the good job youre doing
Ana

:seeya:

Nice to meet you! Good to know that you are spinning something that can be treasured and enjoyed.....quite different than the lies that Jodi was spinning :floorlaugh:
Thank you for your post from far away....:seeya:

Yes--And I think Juan brought that up. JW & ALV & Samuels were really dishonest as far as I'm concerned. JW is really, really unprofessional-sounding right now & she's making a fool of herself by not having a clue what she's talking about. JMO

Well Juan does the same thing with being aggressive with witnesses but he usually has a point to make that the witnesses avoid until he back them into a corner. JW, however, has yet to make a point. When JW asks DD if she is an expert in DV and DD's answer is she has experience in DV but that she is primarily clinical what DD is saying is that she has an all over experience in her field. This would allow her to look at Jodi objectively without specifically looking at DV as a reason for the murder. That is the difference. I don't think JW caught that.

what in bloody heck is this crazy show! omigod...nurmi is laughing, jodi looks like all the bolts came loose and JW is just insipid and desperate....ewwwwwwwwww

  • #1,853
I think the juror question is what does copyright mean to you?? lol Clearly JW doesn't know.

Under Copyright law, there are exceptions such as Fair Use. I'm honestly shocked that JW, as a lawyer, would even try to make that argument. It's ridiculous!

It seems really obvious to me that somebody badly coached JW on what to ask, and she (JW) is doing a horrible job at pretending that she knows this stuff.

imo the worst thing to do is challenge someone on what they know and what you only have an idea about. kinda like if you know how to change tires but have no knowledge about fixing brakes. how can you debate the mechanic? :moo:

p.s. it's clear jm has a better understanding of this topic through all his trials and can remember details unlike jw or nurmi. :moo::moo:

I like how the witness even offered some help for the lost Willmont.

Roflmao

I know, right? lol It looks as if JW's Einstein-genius plans to try and trip this expert up have all but backfired upon her (again). Maybe if she (JW) actually understood the content at hand she would stand a chance at succeeding. But I wouldn't bet on that; it appears Demarte is (unlike the sham experts on the duhfense) the real deal and knows her stuff/what she is talking about/does a THOROUGH & correct job.

So you...your expert, you don't consider your...are you... On "access" one, is that...wait...so it's not otherwise specified?

  • #1,859
It sure appeared like Jodi did NOT stand when the jury left
