I wish the judge heard it.

This whole line of questioning today seems like a waste of time. Trying to trip her up on trivial things makes their case look even weaker. It doesn't appear they are going to fight the Borderline Personality diagosis. I didn't think that would fly since she is so text book it is amazing. I know a lot about that subject because I am the adult child of a borderline and had Jodi pegged for one early on in the trial. The lies, furoscity of the attack, even the look in her eyes when she gets aggitated give it away. Poor Travis. His death must have been so terrifying and the trashing of his reputation is beyond unfair.

JW knows better than to say that. She was looking for papers and said which or betcha or something like it but she wasn't calling names.

It's quite interesting that you point that out. You're absolutely correct, she hasn't done anything to solve the problem. She was hired to do an unbiased evaluation of Jodi, not treat her. Unfortunately for the defense, both of their experts crossed the line that very clearly divides an evaluation and therapy. Neither of the defenses witnesses were supposed to journey on the therapy side of the line, yet both of them did.

Solve the problem? I think she's doing a pretty good job at solving the problem and helping to find justice for Travis and sending Jodi away for the rest of her life.

Can I get a witness? In their zeal to help the defendant, they kissed their careers goodbye. In the words of Mark Nejame, "That is being overly generous in my characterization". This witness has made the sky blue again for the jury. She's my hero. The brothers and sisters of Travis likely had the first night of sleep last night, that they have had in five years. Justice is coming for them.:rocker:
