Agreed. Willmott would never be that unprofessional. Part of making sure Arias gets her just desserts is her getting a FAIR trail, and a big part of that is in how the defense conduct their part. So whatever you may think of Nurmi and Wilmott, at least they're doing their part to ensure her defense is strong, ensuring the verdict will hold up.

Been diligently working on resume this morning listening to HLN...

Jumped on to see if something was going on with 1:30 start saw link & "B" comment..

I just listened.. honestly to me sounds like she says "you need..ok.. I'll... "getcha?" one??

What I love most about Dr. Demarte is that she is showing Jodi everything that Jodi will never be. She's smart, classy, well educated and successful. I love the disdain on Jodi's face more than the testimony that is currently decimating the defenses 38 days of testimony. And you can read Jodi's disdain for the witness all over her face. And we all know Jodi's disdain doesn't stem from the testimony she is giving but rather who she is and never will be.

The point is whatever she said, she said it right in front of the judge who has no problems hearing. If the judge felt JW was inappropriate she would have told her so by asking her to approach. That was not done.

Working 70-80hours a week, at times during his residency and fellowship-learning and practicing more than could ever be acquired by attending or key noting any lectures... Same as Dr. d, in her field......this is quality education and practice that DOES count as "years of experience"...
JW -you simply can't try to compare ALV's#of years to DR.D's knowledge and practice....give it up-it is getting more than pathetic.... Really....:banghead:

I would really like to see Dr D get in somehow and make clear, that in her evaluation of Jodi, she did not exhibit signs of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in any way! JW is so clueless, she is unable to comprehend that when a patient is evaluated by the professionals, they only seek references if they have some kind of question, or a red flag comes up, because of their expertise, they just PRACTICE THEIR TRADE. Like DD says, she'd prefer to spend her time with her clients/patients, that is where her priority is.

She is not a problem solver yet, she is just playing it safe, not sticking her neck out but this doesn't help the victims.

If it's abuse victims you're referencing, I believe you are greatly under-estimating just how much an impact a qualified, knowledgeable professional can have. I'm living testament to it. An abuse victim needs validation and understanding - not enabling and relationships, with anyone, that further blur appropriate boundaries.

If the entire Defense is in Chambers makes me wonder if the B word WAS caught and if they are getting busted for it OR Arias is feeling ILL AGAIN and trying to stop court AGAIN. This judge needs to put the foot down with this Defense, they are the cause of this trial being over schedule and wasting taxpayers money. Enough is enough.

This whole line of questioning today seems like a waste of time. Trying to trip her up on trivial things makes their case look even weaker. It doesn't appear they are going to fight the Borderline Personality diagosis. I didn't think that would fly since she is so text book it is amazing. I know a lot about that subject because I am the adult child of a borderline and had Jodi pegged for one early on in the trial. The lies, furoscity of the attack, even the look in her eyes when she gets aggitated give it away. Poor Travis. His death must have been so terrifying and the trashing of his reputation is beyond unfair.
