Oh please JM bring Lenore Walker into court .. Now wouldn't that be a fun Perry Mason moment :)

Haha... I just said the same thing to anyone in my family who cared to listen...dont ask how many did not care lol

just heard Lenore Walker on NG by phone say she still uses her 6 point criteria. Booyah Willmont! Epic fail.

I sincerely hope the family has learned to NOT look at JA. It only feeds her ego when they show any recognition to her at all. JA is like a little child. If the Alexander's ignore her completely, JA will get bored and stop with her insensitive little gestures.

Yes I agree ... DO NOT give her any power. That is the best way to get to her. Take away her evil powers ...

I have a feeling that JD will be meeting LW soon! lol

If JA had a migraine today, the first thing she should have done was take her hair down. I sometimes get headaches when I put my hair up in a ponytail. As soon as I take it down, it gets better. I don't have migraines, but I would think that may have helped.... even if just a little.

Also thought she was allowed medication for her migraines, from the last time she conveniently got one when things weren't going her way...

MOO

Jodi started looking sick when JW started the raw data, score sheets, global something (sounded like Samuel stuff) JD said the what?...I wondered if Jodi wrote the script and realized it wasn't working? made her sick because Dr. D has got a very high verbal IQ , IQ period.... just like Jodi. Cannot be manipulated.

"grasping at straws" I swear she reads here

my guess is that JA will remain sick til Monday....just a guess

If they had to bring her back early because she is sick I imagine a doctor will look at her and release her for court tomorrow. If she has no signs of illness they will bring her back tomorrow. She can't just say she does not feel good.

Hey my dog is on Nancy Grace!

  • #1,411
Why does Nancy say "Willmont" with an N?
She definitely misspoke. My husband said, "Is she talking about Willmott?" Wish I could remember what exactly she said. lol

  • #1,412
I hope Ms. Willmott is watching NG right now.

Lenore Walker still uses the criteria.

LOL looks like Willmott may be coming down with her own migraine:blushing:

Personality disorder is not a mental illness, it is a character disorder. The disordered are ego syntonic not ego dystonic, which means, they see nothing wrong with themselves and do not suffer any sort of neurosis or worry about themselves, do not suffer anxiety about themselves like the latter, nor any sense of failure. They are not suffering. And nobody's making fun of mental illness and a 'failed life'. Her life did not fail, she did. She chose to murder. Savagely.

I disagree, choice is what it's all about. And responsibility. Those are the priorities in a civilised, mature world. Not feeling sorry for the bad guy without conscience. Not making out the perpetrator to be the victim.

A personality disorder IS NOT a character disorder, indeed it is not currently known what the underlying cause of a personality disorder is, both genetics and environment may play a part. I think the poster who stated that there is significant bashing of people with personality disorders and mental illness at times on this site is correct. I understand is the heat of emotions over the vicious cruel murder and I hope than no one takes it personally. I have really big ugly man hands (I call them my blacksmith hands) and there is mental illness and personality disorders in my own family (maybe I have one too who knows) but nobody I know has committed any criminal act and certainly not a vicious murder.

Out of curiosity, where did you hear the number of witnesses?

I think some folks may be confused.

This is the State's 16 supplemental LIST of witnesses, effective Monday, April 15.

NOT that the State has 16 rebuttal witnesses.

JA might think JW is really exposing all the terrible truths (in her mind) of JD... Might think she fried her on the stand today.

  • #1,419
Oh, I don't think JW said "bit*h" in court. She was looking for something and I think she may have said "Just" like "just a sec". my opinion.

Also, JA did really look sick to me today. Just awful and pale and ... all that.

Well I heard her crystal clear and she said 'what a b....'

Again I didn't see all of today's testimony but JW is trying soooooooo hard to find a 'Gotcha' or mimick JM's 'Riiight' and she appears to be very frustrated in not being able to shake this witness.

I think this comes across very immature for a DP case.. asking multiple times about her credentials when the witness is actually answering the questions unlike the DT's experts & JM had to ask several times to get a straight answer w/out snarky comments about 'Time Outs'!

But I do think Dr DM had a 'Gotcha' moment with JW.. She's asking about a test and Dr DM says she knows the author <couldn't catch name> & JW kinda goes blank has no clue so when Dr DM tries to start word 'she' JW cuts her off completely!!
