OHHH! Do I agree! When JW got up there and started attempting to thrash JD's reputation I just thought, wow really? But I understood why. Then, JW starts stumbling all over her own attack and I thought..."Go sit down."

Why in the hell is she "attempting" to replicate Mr. Martinez? Ughhh the whole thing is just your veritable train-wreck

They didn't announce it in court, of course. Jean Casarez claimed tonight on HLN After Dark that she had a reliable source who confirmed that it was a migraine, that they had given JA medication and waited 30 mins, then recessed.

Okey dokey! Guess JC must have more info. Riiiiight! Said in my best JM voice. :)

Sleuth when the good DR takes the stand tomorrow I'll remember the bar b que sauce. It'll make JW easier to swallow. :floorlaugh: Thank you kindly for that visual.

I think the DT is jealous and JW is trying to get the jury to see how 'green' this witness is to which JW is failing miserably. But I say, quality over quantity thing and I'll bet the jury is thinking the same. I kind of like the fact that JW keeps bringing up how knowledgeable Dr JD is. I keep calling out, "you go JW, give the brilliant doctor another gold star!". I really don't know what the DT is thinking.

What I truly don't get though is how can't JW know how bad she's coming off? I mean sure she's trying to defend a Monster, no small feat, but surely if she can't see it Nurmi would, or a colleague? It just seems so strange among all the strangeness. I just want the Jury to get this damn case and the sooner the better for all involved.

They pulled out all the stops to try and get a mistrial. They are not looking forward to Jm witnesses. Expect more headaches.

And other shenanigans to be sure.

Born and raised lol. Fun fact, Santa Maria is a 20 minute drive and Santa Maria style tri-tip is the best BBQ ever :-)

Yes it is! I lived in SLO for almost 8 years and managed a restaurant called Trader Nicks in Pismo Beach. The owner John Nichols eventually opened a steakhouse to compete with McClintocks (big mistake), called William Cody's in Grover Beach, and I managed there before moving back home to Southern California (I heard TN's burned down and WM C's is now an AJ Spurs). I loved it up there!

I had migraines from 10 yrs old till I had my daughter in 1988. After I had her they stopped. I'm thinking that God took away one headache and left me with another...

Awww... She can't be THAT bad, can she? Sounds like your migraines were hormone-related... glad to hear they finally stopped! Btw, what's the verdict on which headache is worse?

I am half expecting her to show up with a color-coordinated lobster bib.

They should take her crayons and coloring book away from her---then she wouldn't have to concentrate so hard as to cause a headache.

Maybe she could find something else to do while in court. Like........oh I don't know.......maybe.........pay attention to what's going on during testimony????

If JW is trying to replicate Juan Martinez, she is failing miserably. JMO

When did the court announce that JA had a headache? All I heard the judge say was that an issue had come up. It could have been any number of things. People are speculating that JA was ill. That's what we do here...speculate, share ideas, info, ect.

The Judge doesn't tell the Jury the reason for ending early. Its thought if the jury knew it was JA and a headache they might hold it against her. ...hmmm. Anyway, JA did say she had a migraine so here we go again, another wait for Justice. Travis' family has got to be disgusted.

Ditto from me.
I wanted to post something about her involvement with OJ too, but I had a post removed earlier for .....well, I have no idea why......and I didn't want to go there. Anyhow, the only thing I really know about Walker is the fact that she is a feminist (don't know how that fit with OJ) but she does scare me. Not sure I'd trust her not to backslide and screw things up.
I dare MSM to get LW to make a comment about ALV's testimony on the stand. Now THAT would be telling...

They won't because I doubt she (LW) would allow it. Did NG ask her about this? Given the comments and non-mainstream backlash to AVL's testimony, wouldn't it have been an OBVIOUS question regarding DV and the pubic's acceptance and understanding of it?

I think we should stop feeding into the migraine story----has she been diagnosed with migraines by a Medical Doctor? No more migraine talk...she had a headache thats it!

I think she had the kind of 'headache' I used to have when I had a history test and didn't study. JMO

I love your sense of humour. Does the DR get a knife and fork or just one of those nut cracker things they provide for the claws? :floorlaugh:

JA needs to be given those HUGE pencils the kids get in kindergarten. Or construction pencils. And then they need to glue those little electronic strips on them like they have for CD's in the music department in Walmart that way when she goes out the door with one ACCIDENTALLY stuck in her shoe or notebook, the alarms will go off.

Potentially saving a life.

What the hell does she write in such a frenzy?

She's got a pretty primal look on her face at this point, so I'm bettin' there won't be any utensils. Just a guess.

Is a witness from a SLC Walmart really going to be called? Seems a bit unrealistic to me since the point has already been made. Jodi had the purchase receipt, but no signed return receipt. Case closed on that point, IMO.

I can understand why they would still be on the witness rebuttal list for reasons to psych out the defense. But, the defense has bigger lies to contend with than the matter of the elusive gas can. Too much other evidence proves the same premeditation. That gas can has already been proven to be with Jodi.

Maybe her finger hurt. It's bent, you know. :floorlaugh:
