]She's even got her hair parted and combed nearly identically.[/B]

Looking for empathy? Pleading before the court?

THAT alone would be worth assessing.

I noticed that too. JA is an empty shell and puts new ones on and then destroys the old ones. She is scary scary scary.

This line of questioning is absurd. It's like saying "So you diagnosed my client with migraines. But sometimes, my client doesn't have a headache, right? Therefore, your diagnoses is wrong." WTF?

OMG ~ please let this be over!

OMG, is it really standard to just read 3 or 4 words and say "right?" as if it's a question? What is this????

I can't understand why Willmott is spending more time on cross than JM did on direct. At least now the jury realizes who the hell has been causing this trial to move along at a snails pace.

This is such a complete waste of time. Spending all that time and energy yesterday on the CV, and then today with all of this??

Let's get to the nitty gritty.

I think of all the money it cost to put JW through law school and THIS is the result????? I could do this. (I would NEVER do this).

In my lay opinion, Jodi's defense team aren't ineffective, they just don't have much to work with, so they have to grab at any straw they can.
I agree... but they act inmaturally and show little respect to the court. As an entire package they are lacking IMO.

Hello all!

I've been following for several weeks and I'm hooked. I have been impressed and amused by your posts and have learned a great deal!

Let me say that the defense is fumbling! Dr. D is superbly unflappable! State is definately getting their money's worth. (no avoiding yes/no questions)

:welcome:

It says something about the amount of time Juan took to question the witness versus JW.

So are we all cray cray when we remember that she kicked her mother in Mesa in 2008? I could have sworn Jodi herself said that. Am I wrong?

Must have kicked her more than once. . .:dunno:

There's the word of the century bolded by me.

I can see if the DT could really go right after the witness and nail some inconsistencies in the testimony but in my opinion this just makes the defense look BAD.

I agree. She thinks she's making some huge dents in the witnesses testimony every time the witness even agrees with her. It's so funny to watch. If find her to be very immature...

HEY HEY HEY...

Do we now get to see entire 2/14/07 email??

Willmott, I like your dress suit today. That's the one nice thing I can say to you.

Sit down now and have some quiet time.

I am still perplexed as to Arias' new behavior. I see her look longingly at her crayons and erasers. But she resists them

I noticed she has stylede her hair today like the witness
