You know, I've sat in the courtroom in real life and listened to lawyers outright lie and mislead. I've sat in the courtroom in real life and listened to the JUDGE make egregious errors.

BUT THIS??? This is crap. I'm not a lawyer, I do have real life experience and I'm not stupid, not Einstein but not stupid and I just can't see any point to this line of babble.

JW is making herself look bad, she's arguing for the sake of arguing and trying to get Dr. D to trip up on ANY word.

It's sickening.

DD → mention that there were 80,000 + messages, and there were only a few with this pattern of angry language toward the defendant.

Even the jury recognized this and asked the same question of ALV about the infrequency of name calling. JW can scream "abuse" to she's blue in the face, but she is only making the DT look extremely desperate.

Well JA did JW a solid yesterday by having the game called. JW is better prepared and somewhat more coherent today, but it's all surface energy and no depth or purpose. Also, I think she has become emotionally reactive to this witness and not at her best because she really wants to best DD for reasons of vanity and pride.
