What is absolutely beautiful about this testimony, is Dr. DeMarte refuses to make a diagnosis on a deceased person. ALV and Dr. Samuels diagnosed Travis without any proof, data, interviews. Dr. DeMarte is a wonderful, articulate, professional witness. The jury is going to see this. If I can, they will.

I think it would be awesome if the jury could ask the lawyers questions..would love to hear their opinions on what they think of them. Probably would get the majority of them throw off the case if they could

JW only has one way of questioning, all the time. She asks if some behavior is important- when told it is insignificant, she says, so you are willing to just throw it away ? Then DeMarte enlightens her as to why it is objectively insignificant,not being thrown away JW gets annoyed and tries to force her to say she would throw it away.
JW then has to change the subject!

Mama: Jenny! What are you doing over there?
JW: I'm playing attorney with Janeen, mom.
Mama: Well, you drop that stick and stop pok'n at that snake. It's lunchtime. Com'on in and get cleaned up.

I think from her total humiliation yesterday arguing the wrong info re: Lenore Walker and this witness being unshakable, JW is FRAZZLED, manic and out of control. I think she's furious that she's made a fool of herself & her blatant "Juan-isms" fall far flat. There is only one Juan Martinez & she ain't it!

This whole cross is really bad for the DT as this was their whole case..Jodi's own words & Treavis''s in the Email..their experts testified to the behind the words
and DD just told her many times that you can't do that b/c Travis is dead
JW should have said-no more questions then,it tore their whole defense apart with that DD statement
