depends on the juror's questions, otherwise i dont think she can re-recross on this particular testimony.

he was upset with her . . .
he was very stern @ beginning . . as conversation continued it escalated - he asked her to be truthful
was she truthful?
he didn't believe she was being truthful - they continued to argue and talk . . he made disparaging comments about himself and her . . .names being called .. .

using those words to impact character could be harmful . . .related to those incidents where they had these exchanges.

it was pattern within those conversations - not across time.

those4 physical issues of violence any other issues she described other than the 4 to you . . .review instant message and text messages
