Walmart draws employees from the area that they're in. One area might offer more intelligent employees than another. My local Walmart has many intelligent employees but I've been to ones that don't seem to have much to pick from.
BBM

Really?? that's wierd. one area dumber than another? That's a first for me.

The DT just basically admitted to the jury that JA lied to them on the stand.

Exactly.
I'm a walmart employee. I work with a bunch of amazingly awesome people. I hate the generalization that we get because we work for the store.

That's what I can't figure out. Shes never seen the video and she looked actually upset by it. It seemed like some disturbing reminder to her obsession with him and what "could have been", maybe? Flood of emotion when the facade of the Travis she created in her mind to kill him is shattered when viewing it? Who knows.

No friend, that was an act for the jury. She and the family saw that in judge's chambers before court began today.

I expect Chelsea will be featured in Jodi's upcoming "NINJA" art series! She looks like she could kick some serious BUTT (in a good way). Jodi sketching furiously as Chelsea testifies...;)

You can return a prescription? :waitasec: I learn something new everyday! :)

I didn't think you could return a prescription either - then i remembered last time I picked up a prescription for my son, I didn't have his insurance card, so I had to pay in full. Walmart told me I could bring the card in later of the next day, and they would refund the paid in full amount, to process it through insurance. I'd think that would show as a refund.
I'm sure sometimes people request that an Rx be re-done, maybe as generic - that would probably be a refund, too.

The Defense table looks like they're passing notes, or playing tic-tac-toe.

Arias is a spanish name...and he is saying it correctly.

That's right. It's pronounced "ah ree ahs". American pronunciation is valid in the U.S., however and that would be "air ree us"!

Wilmott is riveted. cannot tear her eyes away. Much like a train wreck.

You can see the wheels spinning. How do I attack this testimony on cross, what's my angle?

@AZ Attorneys...am I correct that this info was not produced to the DT in discovery since it is rebuttal evidence? That's generally the way it's done, is AZ any different?
