Selinas store process . . .customer comes in receipt and item - cashier scans bar code on the receipt.

generally go to customer service - direct you to customer service - sometimes if a long line there the cashiers can help out

scan bar code - brings up transaction in the computer . . . whatever was on that transaction can be returned based on receipt

date and time transaction made - match skew number on item and the transaction . . universal code for all items . . links that item to be returned.

skew number have to do with item . . . those are the numbers listed after the item on the receipt.

ensure actually purchased @ Walmart -
match the skew and original receipt - cross out or circle item that they are returning and put their initial on the receipt and hand back to customer.

designated to refund . .. certain items such as jewelry would have to be returned to the jewelry dept
