LOL, me too. She looks great, its just totally distracting.
In the courts around here they don't allow anyone in the court room (even in the gallery) with bare arms.

I imagine she wears sleeveless quite a bit because of the size of her arms - some sleeves will be too tight, plus if you wore sleeves it might make you look bigger, not defined, just bigger. So I understand it's probably more than just showing off.

Back to testimony!!!

Do NOT discuss the witness and her appearance.

Chelsea Young - works for Tesoro - she is a manager in the IT dept . . .
record keeping, accounting data

(this lady's arms are akin to a buff body builder)

records of every transaction inside and outside station.

swipe credit card - records are kept stored locally @store and backed up @ the office - all credit card transactions are taken care of in the San Antonio office. record generated @ real time given 2-3 minutes.

generated with info from the credit card swiped, they only keep some digits....PCI compliance they can only keep the last 4 of the card due to regulations.

full transaction data processed over to credit card - card holder's name and last 4 digits - record kept by Tosoro

transaction inside of the store - same procedure....records are kept as normal course f business.

gas pumps outside customer swipes card 2 times - and if same individual swipes 3 rd time....gives an AB prevention error . .. . on 3rd card swipe customer must go into the store in order to process the sale . . .person is being required to go inside for fraud prevention.

The only thing DT can suggest is that JA bought some poor outta gas stranger some gas.

Riiiiiiiiiiiight.

  • #1,372
Forgive me for being dense, but if these are the SLC receipts, then how would this go to premed? Or just that she lied about the 3 gas cans?

  • #1,373
My double entendre comment:

Reality Bites?

Just don't want to give Nurmi an excuse but if you get it only explanation if card is credit & not debit LOL!!

  • #1,374
I mean, this is HUGE, right?

  • #1,375
Boom again ... Oh wait .. has she said the third transaction was gas?

  • #1,376
JA busy drawing and erasing. Trying to block out proof of what she did.

Who here has ever filled up by stopping the gas, paying for it, and then filling again, stopping, paying...

No one. It's so very improbable as to be impossible, unless you're filling up different containers.

Mmmmm... premeditation.
