It has been 5 years since the Murder. Life can be hard and sometimes the hard parts are etched on our faces forever.

I'm not bashing Deanna at all, she seems like a lovely person. I think it's just a matter of getting older and gaining a little weight. She might be married and has some kids now. I would like to see photos of her and Travis together back then.

Thanks for clearing that up. But if she purchased the gas in Salt Lake, then she had already driven through AZ and committed the crime, so it would no longer be necessary to fly under the radar, right?

That's what I thought, but apparently she had to fill the cans in SLC to fit with her story, as to explain the gas cans when she got home.

Hearing her speak it makes me think we are seeing the real Travis. Not the Travis the defense portrays or the ones whose flaws have been dissected repeatedly here and in other places. She speaks of the guy his friends loved and it shows he is truely missed. She makes him seem real...not just a person who was found murdered. This is the real deal...despite his flaws it was apparently he was truly loved and cared about by many. JA has not had ANY of this...even her former lovers did speak of her this way.

Wow, just wow. What an outstanding witness for Travis.

I agree. She looks completely sweet and wholesome. Honest, forthright and earnest. Soooooo different from the way Jodi conducted herself on the stand.

This girl is going to really help get justice for Travis. Who would not believe her? There is no way to attack her.

I wonder if Nurmi will try to shame and embarrass her by asking questions about a certain topic....?
