That is the thing that bothers me about the HLN THs. It doesn't bother me that he is arguing the defense's case, he's a defense attorney, that's what they have him there to do. But so many of them haven't followed the case closely.

I lost live feed at the start of Deanna's testimony so in the lunch break I switched HLN on to catch it.

That same talking head lawyer was on discussing the 'head in the lap' tape. He brushed off the fact that it showed Travis was affectionate to Arias in public by saying the video was taken in a private home and therefore didn't count.

Duh! It was taken in the lobby of the hotel! That's why I only watch HLN under duress. :floorlaugh:

Unless Juan asked her about their sexual relationship, I don't think Nurmi can bring it up...right? He can't cross examine her on something that has not already been addressed...I think. Jodi's verbal nonsense toward Deanna forgetting a specific date is ridiculous. Her not being a walking talking memory bank of specific dates and times is not a reflection of the love she felt for Travis. I am horrible with dates. Him leaving the dog with Deanna says it all as far as I am concerned.

That his family chose Deanna to give Travis' Eulogy confirms what Chris Hughes said, "Travis loved Deanna and would ALWAYS love Deanna."

In the thread that just closed there are tag numbers @ the bottom of the page. Those are the Post Numbers that I did pseudo-transcription from this morning. Although - keep in mind the actual post number may be a few numbers before the ones I posted (due to MODS removing posts).

the numbers I have for this AM session are
773, 872, 979, 1175, 1215, 1370, 1412, 1503, 1809
