Surprised at the forensic computer guy's testimony. I was disappointed. I expected more.

yes! I noticed that too! She shook her head nooooooo when juan suggested might have been her accessing the computer.

I believe it was Travis accessing the computer. Juan didn't need to suggest that it was Jodi. There was nothing bad about those videos.

Jodi acted the way she did because it's one of the few times Jodi told the truth and for her to be doubted even on that must have ticked her off.

just very happy about the last question they asked "for clarification" obviously remembering STILL that he was the one that testified to the deleted pics he recovered and how many were left still. i was just so happy they remembered and just threw that out there...they aren't buying the FOG and i got a tad excited sorry if i misrepresented my enthusiasm over that question..:floorlaugh::blushing:

I remember the defense computer expert mentioned he found in TA's computer. But this prosecution expert said he did not find any. What's going on?

Back then, the DT looked at the name if a video on youtube. Tried to imply that it was some sort of . It wasnt. It was the name of a group. It had young people dancing around to music. THATS ALL.

We got more snow here in Minnesota last night and tonight it's supposed to get down in the 20's . It is supposed to finally warm up to the 60's by the weekend though.

I wished! But not really cuz snow/freezing is our summer here just opposite degrees..

I do have A/C just too frugal to flip it on.. especially during daytime rates.. APS is kinda pricey utility!

At night I go back to my Hoosier roots.. at dusk/dark put the ol' box fan in de winder to pull in the cool air :floorlaugh:

But it sure does keep my electric bill under $80!!

I'm trying to figure out why JM recalled Melendez. Didn't we hear this same testimony before? Is it to set up the next witness??? I hope???

It's been a LONG time since Melendez testified. Think about all the dirt/mud/slime flung about by the defense since his last appearance. Juan questioned him efficiently and masterfully. His final words --no of any kind on any device of Travis's and the only pictures deleted from the camera were the sexual ones featuring Travis and Jodi, the shower pictures, etc. She left 90 others in tact on the camera. Worth a recall IMO. Another knockout for the prosecution.

I think he is hoping the jury members are not aware of Daft Punk being a musical group. He keeps stressing the "Harder, Faster, Stronger" because he's probably hoping they'll think it's associated with .

I don't recall him saying that actually. The only Lonnie testified to was the found on Jodi's computer.

The DT and Lonnie also tried to insinuate the YouTube videos (4:00 a.m.) were , but Juan blew that out of the water under cross.

May I recommend a good book? Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn explains a lot about the JA and relationships. I read it yesterday waiting for trial today; could not put it down.

I've heard a lot about that book. I am waiting for my local library to get a copy in.

A lot of people say it's JA to a tee.

As for internet searches if anything comes up at my house I am SCREWED!!!!! I'm an internet search evaluator and I have to evaluate any and ALL things you find on the internet. Some images and pages legal, and unfortunately for my eyes and brain, some illegal. Luckily my employer has a way for us to report the illegal images so hopefully there won't be authorities busting me for bestiality. There is WAY more on my computer than should be though. Yes, as my husband points out often, I do get paid to occasionally look at . It's a rough job but somebody has to do it. :blushing:
