the numbers I have for this AM session are
773, 872, 979, 1175, 1215, 1370, 1412, 1503, 1809

Hope these help you get caught up quickly (this is the only reason I do this is for people like you who can't watch in real time)

And I have never told you how much I appreciate that! The threads move so fast it has been great to read the notes and be somewhat understanding of whats going on.

The Surebuttal is a JOKE. They have NO right to have yet ANOTHER DR come in as the State did NOT bring in new evidence, they only brought in their OWN Dr. to refute what the Defense DR's diagnosed her with. Therefore the Defense has NO right to have yet another DR. come in. That is how I am looking at this anyway. I kind of think the Defense motion for Surebuttal might get denied! Let's hope! If it doesn't that is going to be another 2 weeks!

Seriously! JDM wrote a report. The DT knew that her expert opinion would be that JA has BPD, so there's no new information that was elicited on the stand. I hope JSS denies this motion! lease:

I think Nurmi is going to have to be pretty respectful towards Deanna on cross. I think the jury is going to see her as a victim here. And she has not done anything shady or negative. And it will be really awkward if he starts asking her about her prior sex life. I think if I were her, I would say, None of your business, I am not on trial. Would that be allowed?
