No , no nudity, no child images on anything recovered. Laptop was last accessed the day Travis was murdered - at 4:54pm, but Melendez can't say by whom. And...the bestest jury question ever! There were 90 additional pictures on the SD card that were not deleted, only the pictures from June 4th were.

On my camera, in the delete mode, I can chose to delete one by one, or delete ALL. Since some were deleted only, it is clear that it was a deliberate task, not one button and poof they are all gone. It is HUGE that other photos were left on there!!!

No fog, just pure cover up my crime mode.
Can I get a witness?

Well considering that Travis is DEAD in one of the photos, I'd say it pretty well narrows down the field.

And even if you assume he was stabbed/shot by then but had not yet died, I doubt someone who had just been hurt and was bleeding so badly would stop and delete pictures before they die.
