Deanna Reid bought Travis the computer.

When you load Windows for the first time, you have to register it. She used her name as the registration, therefore, becomes the computer's "username/admin" name. That's all that is. It's doesn't mean anything more than that imo.

Someone had asked about whether the admin account would have been Deanna Reid because she'd bought it as a gift for Travis, and probably registered it (which is absolutely possible). But I was sure I'd seen a report, or someone who said that the computer was used, and the user logged in as Deanna Reid on June 4th - I couldn't find anything definitive at first, and thought maybe I'd misunderstood, but I did see it (no fog, phew).
I finally found it - on Day 12, testimony from Lonnie Dworkin (he was defense, not state) a forensic computer examiner, he says it toward the beginning of his testimony that someone logged in as Deanna Reid, and watched videos at around 4 in the morning.

Agreed. Murdering TA wasn't because she was jealous. It was about what everything is about in JA's world: her MASSIVE EGO. Why, if he rejected her it might mean that she is not the center of the universe and the most desirable female to ever walk the earth! And we simply cannot CANNOT have that!

Good post, I still think she took those naked pics herself. Jodi was jealous of Travis' being, his possessions, his career, his lifting himself up...everything...Jodi couldn't control and possess Travis' being by marriage. Travis has figured her stalking, hacking, gas-lighting, stealing...it has all come home in his mind.
Remember when Flores said something about those computers and Jodi is carrying on about the virus and bugs eating the screen and her hard drive or something. She acted very nervous. Said the computers were broken. I think they should have checked where people logged in the account at---CA or AZ. Also, if Travis had a master password on his browser and Jodi knew that...she probably could get into any account on that computer, if on that computer. Why would Travis expect any trouble? He's not a stalker or thief.

I think it was part of Juan's rebuttal strategy. He closed alot of gaps and returned to previously testified evidence because of Dr. Samuels and Jodi's testimony of the fognesia.

I'm sorry, but if you are in a fognesia, you have time to delete a dozen or so photos which is a 5 step process for each one, and leave the other 90 photos on it.

JM didn't ask about the photos, a juror did.

Juror #7 is the young guy we call Paul Rudd right? I didn't like those question for Deanna. They were about the Laws of Chastity and how detailed they were.. They were actually dumb questions IMO? They might want to leave him alone. Jodi and Willmott were definately eyeing one of them though.

I think that that was how Travis logged in on that computer--a laptop, right? I am curious why this activitiy has been brought up by both defense & Prosecution. The defense seems to want to describe the videos as sexual, Juan counters that==but it's important to someone.

Jodi claims in her story that she watched Travis looking at the videos--was this during her "stealth" act before she announced herself? Since Jodi talks about this video thing--it really makes me wonder if it is a lie.

I am of the belief Arias was attempting to frame Travis by putting salacious or pedophilia photos on his computer but couldn't access it. I believe she was an uninvited guest at Travis' house that day.

In fact I'll go this far, I don't think Travis took those nude photos of Arias. Why? He wasn't the type to 'get off' on watching porn and he certainly wasn't liking Arias at that time. Not after that text message of his.

That whole bed scene (I believe) was a set up. I don't think they had sex. I believe Arias had the gun pointed at him as he awoke. I believe the first time Travis saw her was around 1-2PM. Not 4AM. Because I don't believe he would agree to sleep with her. There is no way I can believe he knew she was coming over. As for her knowing what was on his computer at that time? Well....she was probably peering in the window and saw what he was watching. She's a cunning, sneaky, conniving, contriving, calculating sloth who didn't or couldn't take a hint.

She was going to set him up then kill him. It's that cut and dry. IMO of course.

Now that I know Travis had had sex prior to JA and was able to abstain with DR I am even more certain the whole thing was a set up.

I have never believed her story about showing up at 4:00am.

I do think she may have been lurking outside waiting for the roommate to leave.

Yup. When I bought my laptop from Best Buy, they automatically put in my name when they were setting up my software. They didn't ask, they just put it in that way because I was the one who bought it.

It was a total pro-prosecution question! Jodi claims she became Mormon & was in the dark about what sexual activity was OK to do. She claimed she believed Travis telling her that anal was OK. She said that she never heard anything about the Law of Chastity from the male missionaries sent to her home and she never learned about it in church or any writings.

She lied. Deanna said that the Law of Chastity was well known, and discussed often, and outlilned as all sexual behavior was off limits for singles.

This reminds me of the phone expert who said, when Jodi called Travis 5 hrs. after she'd butchered him and left a message, that records indicated that same person lingered and listened to his other messages for 15 min. Not at all foggy.

I still think the DT thinks if they drag this out, the jury will decide a lesser charge to leave this case early... if they choose 1st degree they still have 2 weeks til sentencing phase Which I pray is wrong... I pray they hold out til the very end for Justice.

The only problem I see is that the State really is putting up concrete barriers to every alternative route for a lesser.

Gas cans nix crime of passion. Crime of passion refutes self-defense. Gas cans prove premeditated murder. Self-defense has been shredded. The defense is backed into a corner now - unless Nurmi can pull out a Pulitzer worthy closing, I think the jury were working on the nails in Jodi's coffin today. The last little puzzle pieces.

And she lied directly to the jury. I can't see that as anything but very, very bad. Her fate is in their hands and she played them like puppets. They aren't going to forget that.

To me, I guess it doesn't really matter what ploy the defense plays next. The jury learned nearly everything they needed clarified in order to reach a guilty verdict today alone almost.
