I am going to hunt down and post on here 2 pictures that made me laugh yesterday, then I am going to be productive, or pretend to anyway,

Reposted from yesterday. Jodi and her backseat passengers, the jumbo size gas cans.

JA obviously got the "went to Costa Rica" from Deanna Reid. JA is so hollow, empty, there is nothing inside of her. No soul. No conscience.

Imagine living your life trying to mirror everyone else around you? I wonder if it drives JA crazy doing that - probably not, she probably revels in it. :stormingmad:
(haha who finds these smilies? lmao)

Just saw this elsewhere about rebuttal witnesses:

"There is new speculation by Mary Ellen Resendez of Phoenix ABC News 15 that the defense team’s motion to preclude involves 5 witnesses including Suzie Dittman, Robert Brown, Dr. Kevin Horne, Jacob Meford and Diana Reid. Clearly, the last two testified on Tuesday. Robert Brown is another Mesa Forensics Computer Detective much like Michael Melendez who testified on Tuesday."

OK now that Mefford and Reid have testified, does that mean the Judge ruled against the DT in precluding Dittman, Brown and Horne? :please:

I think she must have went. The trip would require a passport. Juan would have been all over that if she didn't go.

I could not watch at all yesterday.

that is why I was so excited to see this morning that Mikee Daniels has done a summary .... it summarizes the whole day yesterday and all the witnesses! At last 32 minutes and it is on YouTube. if you aren't following him I highly recommend you do! He's fabulous.

Re watching the trial from yesterday.

Did you notice when the Walmart employee was on the stand that Jodi was feverishly
scribbling notes to Wilmott and then Wilmot showed them to Nurmi?

Nurmi, being the smarter and experienced attorney ignores the notes and does not ask the Walmart any questions about her sex life.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

LOL! I can hear it,
"Did Travis Alexander ever call you a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬?"
"I never knew Travis Alexander."
"A 3-hole wonder?"
"I never knew Travis Alexander."
"Did he ever talk about tying you to a tree?"
"I never knew Travis Alexander."
"Guess it was a different type of relationship."

Actually she would be wrong. The correct term is skew. It is listed on the receipt as SKU as an abbreviation. The proper term is skew. It's definition, amongst others is "a use of straight lines in a space." So she was correct.

SKU stands for "Stock Keeping Unit". (I did the same job the Walmart witness did only I did it for Home Depot for many years.):twocents:

. . . :please:

Nhic, you mean her trip abroad may have been fictional?!?! :)

I've always thought that trip sounded made up. She supposed had such an underprivileged childhood, yet her parents funded a trip to CR? It is so interesting that she doesn't seem to realize how skewed her stories are.

I thought he was talking the difference between Deanna and Lisa - he was talking something about how TA tried to keep Lisa from working and he didn't do that with Deanna.

I do not that I think that comment from KN was right to utter (dispicable in fact!)... but I don't think he was comparing Deanna and Jodi.

Considering the tone and inflection of KN's comment, I felt he was calling Deanna a liar. He thought if he said it loud enough, right to her face and with enough venom that at least one jurou would agree with him...but imo it backfired miserably because Deanna was genuine and anyone who watched her testimony could see that.

This pic was takn after JA slaughtered TA and before TA was found dead. JA at Othello. JM needs this pic - could he show it to the jury?

Nice contrast...

How many of Travis's ex girlfriends have we heard from?

Only one of Jodi's... The gas can lending DB. That was less than forthcoming and didn't want to show his face.

OK...so maybe it has been discussed/explained, but I missed it.

Why aren't the tire slashing incidents being brought up? Is it widely known that Arias did this but nothing was proven or filed with police?

To me, this is an extremely damning piece of crucial information. Drives home the stalking behavior and also shows how poor little, meek Jodi was adept at using knives.

I read somewhere that Lisa had her own stalker - a guy suspected of slashing the tires.

If she went in high school it was before 911. Not sure you needed a passport to travel to Costa Rica then?

I agree. IIRC her mom says something about it to Flores...

I have company coming today or tomorrow. Hope they understand I cannot be social director because of the trial. Put a bunch of food in my fridge this weekend. Live on a lake in the Ozarks. There's plenty for them to do without my attention.:ufo:

Glad to see them, but also glad they are only staying a couple of days.:truce:

Yeah, that's what I mean. Her parents weren't wealthy at that time, you're right. Whenever JA talks in amongst the myriad of lies is some truth, however, the truth is always twisted, or projected onto someone else, or mirroring the life of someone she wants to be like. Ick, she is a sick psychopath IMO. Dangerous. I think that 9mm she bought was going to be used on a 2nd victim too, don't know who tho. LOL

Seriously, JA's profound personality disorder (BPD) was wreaking havoc on her ability to function within society from an early age. And it kept brewing, brewing. So very sad that it came to a crescendo with TA.

I'm not sticking up for JA at all but to score a 119 on a proctored, standardized, and recognized IQ test (not the bogus ones on the internet where we are all geniuses) means the girl is bright. She is bright enough to get herself in trouble and to be a menace to society.

JA is brighter than her attorneys. MOO

Actually, the 119 is an average of what was it five areas ? Her highest report was 136 for words and comprehension of them. The average of 119 tells me there were some areas quite low on the rating score to reach this average. She is bright about some things, but not so much about other things. It is the other things that concern me.

It is not bright to steal a gun, and it gets reported stolen, and one is dumb enough to still use it in a murder of someone one is known to associate with - not bright at all. It's not bright to make up lie after lie after lie to cover one's backside and to invent slander after slander to protect oneself. Jodi is not bright IMO, she just believes she is because her brain is indeed scrambled.
