That has always struck me as one of the "strangest" parts of her story: the office sex. (Not that all of it isn't nutty.) I mean, she went into great detail about him throwing a scratched CD and it bouncing off her head.

Then, I realized, her fingerprints were probably all over the place in there around the computer BECAUSE SHE'D BEEN SNOOPING. There's no way should could have stayed away from his laptop for 18 hours! She had to have a reason for THAT physical evidence, too.

The desk sex thing doesn't sound right because photos of the desk weren't indicative of people having sex on, or against, it. No mess of papers and other items on top of the desk, fingerprints, etc.

I laughed at her "linebacker stance". This was supposed to be a man in a murderous rage, and she had a split-second to turn and point a gun at him. She was still able to remember that he got very low and then turned his head to the side, which only makes sense if you're trying to explain the position of the head wound. Why in the world would anyone who is trying to tackle someone look in another direction? For that matter, why would you tackle someone in a small area like a bathroom? You're likely to slam your own head against a shower, tile floor or toilet.

I think this is the reason why the def wants to keep the ME from rebutting this nonsense.

I woke up with a big fat cold sore this morning...my first thought was "Damn I look like Jodi Arias"!!!

This was one of the first posts that I read this morning, so I had to search to find it.

I rarely get cold sores and have had several breakouts in recent months. I couldn't figure out what was wrong and started doing some online research. I believe that I have traced the source to the toothpaste that we had been using. Evidently, many tartar control and whitening toothpastes can cause skin eruptions around the mouth. We had been using Crest Pro-Health at the recommendation of our dental hygienist. When I learned that the toothpaste might be the cause of the cold-sore-like blisters at the corners of my mouth, we changed toothpastes.

I did not find anything either using cork the pot. I did find pop the cork, and although I say it when opening up a bottle of wine... apparently it can also be used as a slang word for ejaculate.

I still find it an odd dig that she left that voicemail inviting Travis to see Othello, considering the themes are jealousy, love, and betrayal, also racism. Aren't there theories that Jodi made herself look more Aryan/ Caucasian with the blonde hair and valley girl baby voice? Of all the Shakesperian plays, it seems ironic that she picked that one as the alibi voice mail.

Having watched Jodi and her "fingers" during this trial, the choice of Othello seems right in line with her Einstein brilliance and arrogance. The final word.

It's a option on my Canon Pro-Shot. In the menu that pops up, I can delete one or move down and select delete all.

I'm not sure about every camera but I know all of the digital ones I've had have had that option.

Did you guys see the new video Dr. Drew had on last night of Travis after he rolled his snowmobile? He was such a cool, funny guy. The point that his friend, Clancy Talbot brought out was that he would never have gotten angry the way JA claims he did when she supposedly dropped his camera and came after her.

Seriously don't know what I'll do if this jury doesn't find JA guilty, with at least LWOP.

I noticed too how intently she was listening to this line of questioning!! It was so strange - that's when I knew something is up with that 4 pm computer access...you are totally right. Det. Melendez stated that he didn't find anything related to nudity, sexual, or pedophilia in regards to Mr. Alexanders computer, I wonder if this infers he found incriminating things on JA computer?

She has what people call a "jailhouse education". She does a lot of reading, but doesn't know how to apply words or pronounce them properly because she's only seen the word and not used in every day life. When she speaks, her true personality emerges. Example: when she argues with Juan Martinez. When you see her writings, its childish. No handwriting in her journals, all print like a kid's. She never grew up, she probably thinks she doesn't have to when she uses her sexuality to get what she wants.

JA is nothing but a DABBLER, she adopts and mimics, she has no real sense of identity and even with a so called above average intelligence, this fake blonde thing lacks common sense. People that came to know her, didn't hang around her for too long. Notice that she never had a steady place to live, a steady job, no friends, never had a steady relationship, except for Darryl B., and that is questionable and a mystery in itself. It seems JA stayed with Darryl B. for convenience/security, used him and when that went south, she immediately bailed out on him when she found a suitable replacement.
