JA wrecks TA's BMW, TA reacts with grace and calm

TA rolls a snowmobile, video taken minutes afterwards shows him charmingly telling the story of what happened - cool, calm, collected - but funny about it LOL

JA drops a camera onto a bathmat and TA gets enraged with her? <<---LIE - NEVER HAPPENED

That's about right. I, for one, get waaaaay more ticked off when someone breaks my much less expensive stuff versus the more expensive stuff.

Totally plausible.

hey yall not trying to hijack the thread with my off topicness but will yall please be in agreement in prayer for my job interview on friday. its something ive wanted for a while now.

You got it

I agree, I think she's filled with self-satisfaction over what she did to Travis. I think it's the JA sick psycho version of "winning".

Did you guys see the new video Dr. Drew had on last night of Travis after he rolled his snowmobile? He was such a cool, funny guy. The point that his friend, Clancy Talbot brought out was that he would never have gotten angry the way JA claims he did when she supposedly dropped his camera and came after her.

Seriously don't know what I'll do if this jury doesn't find JA guilty, with at least LWOP.

If she's not found guilty there needs to be a grass roots movement to require some basic level of testing for intelligence/reasoning/critical thinking ability in jurors. May have saved FL from having to suffer a child murderer among them.

What's the point of spending millions of dollars and using all the professionals and experts if it's all lost on the jury because they're too low-intelligence to understand and process it all.

Yes he did. Did you notice it stopped him in his tracks when he realized that he messed up the dates that Travis and Deanna moved to Arizona. He thought they weren't together at the time and Deanna moved to Arizona after Travis and her broke up... just like Jodi did. He thought he was gonna have a gotcha moment and fell on his face.

Exactly...Nurmi's note taking skills leave alot to be desired. He was going for this big zinger and started stammering when Deanna corrected him on the dates. Foolish.

Does Jodi have personal access to the Internet in the jail library? I sometimes wonder if she ever sees WS posts. The posts are available on Google searches, so she wouldn't even have to be a forum member. It would be interesting to see if she tailored any of her testimony to social media.

I was wondering the same thing. I posted one day that JA's was writing/coloring with her RIGHT hand all day in court. The next day I noticed she was using her left hand and has been ever since. Maybe the defense read it and reminded her she was "left handed"

@cshughes are the e-mails that defense brought out real? Did you write them? If so they didn't help Travis at all! #Justice4Travis

@Erxxxxxxxy99 @Sxxxxxxe Yes totally out of context. If the truth and the context were known, it would destroy defense

I would love to know why Chris Hughes is not on the rebuttal list (that we know of)

I know this is an unpopular opinion, and my feed did die when apparently kn got to the infamous sex questions, but the part I was able to see I remember thinking that I could bear kn's questioning of the witnesses WAY better then the jw performance we've been watching.

What made it worse for me was the activities of Jodi and her "lawyer". They giggled and smiled through that part of the testimony and I thought that was so......... unprofessional and childish. :stormingmad:

love high school english teachers. mine red penciled me to death. lol
ja tries to impress people with her vocabulary uses wrong words all over the place, and she lie, lie, lies. every time she opens her mouth snakes crawl out. jmo

Jodi never mentioned an English teacher as a mentor like she did two of her art teachers. I'm guessing that Jodi didn't like the restrictions that might have been placed on her writing, so she probably didn't see eye-to-eye with any teacher who might have guided her to use her abilities appropriately instead of writing essays that had little substance and far too many flowery words and phrases. :moo:

Ok this is probably a dumb question, but do all camera have a "delete all" button? 'Cause I don't think mine does but I'm not very technological so maybe I"ve missed it? Anyway I always have to delete mine one by one.

It's not really a button, but a selection somewhere in the "options" menu. I know mine deletes all because I lost all of my pictures once by accident. I didn't know what I was doing.

  • #1,794
But there is an option to 'delete all' so it's not like she would have had to do them one by one. 'Delete all' would have been quicker than selecting a few pictures to delete and doing them separately.

Yes, delete all would have been so much faster. Can you imagine how frantic she was after killing Travis, deleting just the photos of the two of them that day? She left all of those other photos so the camera would look unused the day of the murder to preserve his other photos but then put it in the washer. Not sure if she intentionally washed it to make sure there were no fingerprints or in her haste it got mixed up with the sheets. So many questions we would like answers to.

I read the posts here for a very long time without becoming a member. Pretty much the only thing I couldn't do without joining was post and access attachments. No doubt Jodi Ann could as well.

So was thinking again about Jodi dragging Travis back to the shower.

I still can't fathom how she physically did this? Part of me thinks there was a 3rd party involved. What do you guys think?

JMHO, I think Jodi was perfectly capable of dragging Travis by herself. I know many of you don't like the show HLN After Dark, but on one of their episodes they had a female the same size as Jodi drag a dummy that was a similar weight to Travis and she was able to do it. If you consider that during this heinous killing, Jodi's adrenaline must have been at an all-time high, it is very feasible. During emergency situations of any kind, people can become "super-human" due to the adrenaline rush (I am not a medical expert, but I've heard enough people say this in real life, and seen examples on TV news programs).

I keep wondering why she didn't just take the SD card with her. She wouldn't have had to spend ANY time deleting anything. It would be beyond easy to get rid of it, too.

And chances are no one even knew he had a SD card in there so it probably wouldn't have been missed.

Goooood morning peeps!!

After seeing who is on Juan's rebuttal list, I don't see anyone to further the magazine messages. PLEASE don't tell me Juan is going to leave that hanging. That has bugged me ever since he brought it up. I just don't think I can go on with the rest of my life without knowing.
NO, that is not suicidal ideation. lol
